247685.pdf: 820497 bytes, checksum: 8af275765e5f3539ff17fd3214010681 (MD5) / Esta pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, do tipo Convergente-Assistencial, teve como objetivo geral investigar como profissionais e idosos residentes em uma Instituição de Longa Permanência (ILPI) percebem o cuidado prestado, fundamentada na teoria humanística de Paterson e Zderad. Essa foi desenvolvida numa ILPI no município de Blumenau. Fizeram parte desse estudo 32 sujeitos, 20 profissionais da equipe multiprofissional e 12 idosos, de ambos os sexos, na faixa etária entre 20 e 99 anos. Os dados foram coletados através das técnicas de oficina e entrevista semi-estruturada. As nformações colhidas foram registradas através de gravação em mp3 e, posteriormente, transcrita. A análise dos textos gerados pela transcrição das falas dos sujeitos nas oficinas e entrevistas seguiu os moldes da análise de conteúdo. Após a leitura e releitura das transcrições, codificação e categorização dos dados, os mesmos foram agrupados nos seguintes eixos temáticos: o significado da família no processo de viver e envelhecer; as relações interpessoais na construção do processo de cuidar; o cuidado humanizado compreende aspectos ambientais, ações integradas e gestão participativa. Ao analisarmos os dados verificou-se que o apoio da família e da equipe mutiprofissional pode ajudar para um envelhecer saudável na instituição. Idosos e profissionais em seus discursos ainda destacaram que para um cuidado humanizado são importantes as relações, o diálogo, o respeito, o levar-se em conta a individualidade do outro e o compromisso de cada um para a construção de um espaço de convívio saudável. Outro aspecto que foi bastante evidenciado foi o ambiente físico e a necessidade de ações integradas e participativas para viver numa residência coletiva.
Parece que as atitudes humanísticas afloram intuitivamente em cada um dos sujeitos, a partir de suas vivências em família e suas experiências profissionais, porém não são muito evidentes no trabalho interdisciplinar e na busca da qualidade de vida do idoso em seu contexto biopsicosocial. Os discursos mostraram uma prática fragmentada, com uma justaposição de tarefas, não havendo momentos para trocas de experiências, de saberes e de questionamentos. No entanto, os sujeitos perceberam que olhar o sujeito além de suas dificuldades físicas e emocionais agrega em si conhecimentos acerca do outro e do contexto vivido. Desta maneira, conduz a uma prática voltada a essência da vida e do cuidado do ser humano. Em síntese, pode-se dizer que investigar o cuidado a partir da percepção de quem cuida e de quem recebe esse cuidado amplia a compreensão acerca do mesmo, além de evidenciar que o cuidado humanizado se constrói a cada dia e através da parceria entre profissionais e idosos.
This research, of a qualitative character, of the Convergent-Assistencial model, had as general objective to investigate how health care professionals and elderly people living in a Long - Permanence Institution (LPI) realize the work done, based on the humanistic theory of Paterson and Zderad. It has been developed in a ILPI at Blumenau municipality. This study had the participation of 32 people, being 20 people of a multiprofessional staff and 12 elderly people, of both sexes, between 20 and 99 years old. The data were collected through the techniques of workshop and semi-structured interview. The pieces of information collected were recorded by MP3 player and later transcribed. The analysis of the transcript followed the molds of the analysis of contents. After reading and rereading the transcript, the codes and the categorized data, they were arranged into the following subject matter groups: the meaning of the family in the living and getting old process; the interpersonal relationships in the construction of the process of ca actions and shared management. In the analysis of the data, it could be checked that the support of the family and the multiprofessional team was very helpful to the process of getting old healthily in the institution. Elderly people and health care professionals underlined also, in their speeches, that to a humanized care are important the relationships, the dialogue, some respect, taking into account the individuality of the other person and the commitment of each person to make the institution a place were people can get along well. Another very important aspect seen was the physical environment and the necessity of integrated actions in order to live in a collective residence. It seems that the humanistic attitudes are developed intuitively by each one of the subjects of the research from their familiar and professional experiences; however it wasn#t very clear in the interdisciplinary work as well as in the elderly people quality of life#s search in their biospsychosocial context. The speeches showed a fragmented practice, with the simple accomplishment of duties and no moments to share experiences, knowledge or doubts. Nevertheless, the researched noticed that looking people beyond their physical and emotional difficulties joins in itself knowledge of the other and the context lived. That being so, it leads to a practice worried with the essence of life and human care. To sum up, it can be said that investigating care assistance from the perception of who cares and who is cared enlarges the comprehension of itself, besides putting in evidence that the humanized care is constructed day by day and by the fellowship between health care professionals and elderly people.
