275578.pdf: 454437 bytes, checksum: 858d894bfde54ee621d54ada6f51468c (MD5) / Este artigo teve como objetivo a identificação, junto aos profissionais das Equipes de Saúde da Família e das Equipes de Referência em Saúde Mental, como estes percebem e como se sentem frente à mulher em sofrimento psíquico. Foi realizado uma pesquisa descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, onde foram entrevistados 20 profissionais de saúde atuantes nos Centros de Saúde do município de Florianópolis. A análise dos dados resultou em dois eixos centrais: Eixo 1: O profissional frente ao sofrimento psíquico da mulher e Eixo 2: Sentimentos apresentados pelos profissionais de saúde frente à mulher com sofrimento psíquico. Este estudo evidenciou que a mulher em sofrimento psíquico é percebida pelos profissionais de saúde quando apresenta comportamento agitado e angustiado. Apontam que a rede de apoio como familiares e amigos são fundamentais para o restabelecimento da mulher. Relatam que ao atenderem a mulher em sofrimento psíquico, em algumas situações sentem-se impotentes e que a discussão do caso bem como o apoio de profissionais de outras categorias diminui a angústia na condução do caso.

This article had as objective the identification, next to the professionals of the Teams of Health of the Family and the Teams of Reference in Mental Health, as these perceive and as if they feel front to the woman in psychic suffering. Carried through in one it searches descriptive with qualitative boarding, where 20 operating professionals of health in the Centers of Health of the city of Florianopolis had been interviewed. The analysis of the data resulted in two axles central offices: Axle 1: The professional front to the psychic suffering of the woman and Axle 2: Feelings presented for the professionals of health front to the woman with psychic suffering. This study it evidenced that the woman in psychic suffering is perceived by the professionals of health for the presentation of agitated and overwhelming behavior. They point that the net of support as familiar and friends are basic for the reestablishment of the woman. They tell that when taking care of the woman in psychic suffering, in some situations they are felt impotent and that the quarrel of the case as well as the support of professionals of other categories diminishes the anguish in the conduction of the case.
