Previous issue date: 2006-06-12 / Esta dissertação tem como objetivo principal estudar a doutrina religiosa do Vale do Amanhecer, partindo de seu vocabulário, e interpretá-la a partir da teoria da crioulização cultural. É possível identificar na doutrina uma série de elementos culturais originários dos mais diversos sistemas culturais, religiosos e mitológicos. Por meio da comparação entre o significado que possuem em seu sistema cultural de origem e o que adquirem no Vale do Amanhecer, torna-se possível observar a reestruturação desses elementos para se adaptar ao novo sistema. ________________________________________________________________________________ RESUMÉ / Ce mémoire a comme objectif principal d’étudier la doctrine religieuse du Vale do Amanhecer, en commençant par son vocabulaire, et en l´interprétant à partir de la théorie de la créolisation culturelle. Il est possible d´identifier dans la doctrine une série d’ élements culturels originaires des plus divers systèmes culturels, religieux ou mythologiques. Par la comparaison entre les sens qu´ils ont dans leur système culturel d´origine et ceux qu´ils acquièrent au Vale do Amanhecer, il devient possible d´observer la restructuration de ces élements pour s´adapter au nouveau système. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The main objective in this dissertation is to study the religious doctrine of Vale do Amanhecer, starting from its vocabulary, and to interpret it according to the theory of cultural creolization. It’s possible to identify in the doctrine plenty of cultural elements originary from several different cultural systems, religious and mythological. By comparing their meaning in the cultural system they belong to and the one they acquire in Vale do Amanhecer, it becomes possible to observe these elements’ re-structuration in order to adapt itself to the new system.
