2010_ClaudiaReginaRodriguesBeloni.pdf: 928874 bytes, checksum: c62f327a08880ea9135ffc81d910cc9c (MD5) / A celulite bem como as lipodistrofias localizadas são a grande preocupação com a estética do corpo das mulheres, sendo a causa mais freqüente da procura por tratamentos em clinicas de estética e beleza. Atualmente a tecnologia disponibiliza recursos elétricos e cosméticos que promovem a melhora do aspecto destas disfunções estéticas. Vários destes recursos foram pesquisados, e encontraram resultados importantes em relação a sua eficácia. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar os índices de lipídios sanguíneos antes e após dez aplicações de ultrassom de três mega hertz associado ao gel condutor acrescido de cafeína a 5% em região infra umbilical. Foi utilizado o método experimental do tipo antes e depois, onde o próprio sujeito é o controle. Participaram do estudo dezesseis voluntarias do sexo feminino com idades entre trinta e quarenta anos e foram avaliadas pelo protocolo de avaliação do fibro edema gelóide, adaptado para esta pesquisa. O lipidograma foi realizado pelo método enzimático colorimétrico para análise dos índices de lipídio sanguíneo antes e após as intervenções. Os resultados mostram aumento médio nos níveis de colesterol total em 11,9%, lipoproteínas de baixa densidade em 17,52% e de triglicerídeos em 25,65%. Os níveis de colesterol total e de lipoproteínas de baixa densidade estão acima do limite de variação e o aumento no nível de triglicerídeos representa o limite de variação quando comparados aos coeficientes de variação intra individual do Departamento de Aterosclerose da Sociedade Brasileira de Cardiologia. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The celulite as well as the located lipodistrofy is the great concern with aesthetic of the womens body, being the most frequent cause of the aesthetic search for treatments in clinics of beauty. Currently the technology electric and cosmetic resources that promote the improvement of the aspect of these aesthetic disfunctions. Several of these resources had been searched, and it was found important results in relation to lipids effectiveness. The objective of this research was to analyze the indices of sanguineous lipid before and after ten applications of ultrasound of three mega hertz associated to the conducting gel increased of caffeine 5% in umbilical infra region. The experimental method was the before and later, where the subject is the control. Sixteen female volunteers of the with ages between thirty and forty years old had and evaluated by the protocol of evaluation of fibro edema gelóide, adapted for this research. The lipidograma was carried through the colorimetric enzymatic method for analysis of the sanguineous lipid index before and after the interventions. Results show a 11,9% on average increase in the total cholesterol levels in 11,9%, lipoproteins of low density in 17,52% and triglicerids in 25,65%.The low density lipoprotein and total cholesterol levels are above the limits of variation and the increase in the level of triglicerids represents the limits of variation when compared with the coefficients of individual variation according the Department of Atheroscleroses of the Brazilian Society of Cardiologi.
