2009_FabiaPereiraAngelim.pdf: 1637588 bytes, checksum: 2d5a61bf3e1160589dbd7f578c340d45 (MD5) / Esta tese tem como objetivo principal a aplicação de um modelo teórico na investigação a respeito de “Como as mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica elaboram o sentido de violência ao longo da relação conflituosa e agressiva com seus cônjuges?” Para tanto, são apresentadas três dimensões estruturantes do fenômeno da violência: 1) os aspectos sociais, 2) o relacionamento interpessoal entre vítimas e agressores e 3) os aspectos subjetivos de consciência da violência. Na dimensão social, são enfatizadas a centralidade das críticas feministas para a visibilidade desse tipo específico de violência e a importância da intervenção do Estado para sua erradicação e controle. Na dimensão interpessoal, são enfatizados o ciclo de violência e as características duplo-vinculares presentes num relacionamento violento. Na dimensão subjetiva, o processo de tomada de consciência é embasado no existencialismo e na fenomenologia. A metodologia de pesquisa realizada foi qualitativa e teve como técnica a realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas sobre o relacionamento violento. Os critérios para a seleção das participantes foram: 1) mulheres vítimas de agressão por companheiros; 2) experiência de agressões reincidentes no relacionamento com parceiro íntimo; 3) terem apresentado queixa formal contra os agressores; 4) terem participado de audiência com promotor e juiz; e 5) terem participado de intervenções psicoterápicas em grupo realizadas no SERAV desde o ano de 2006. As entrevistas foram conduzidas com seis mulheres e quatro foram selecionadas para a realização da análise de dados. O critério para essa seleção foi o relato de exposição a uma situação de perigo de morte no relacionamento violento. Cada uma das entrevistas foi analisada separadamente por meio de técnicas de análise de conteúdo categorial. Todas as categorias foram apresentadas conjuntamente para uma análise ampla da forma como as mulheres elaboram o sentido de violência. As experiências de violência são descritas como episódios de agressões físicas, sendo as violências psicológicas e sexuais acessíveis apenas após a reflexão em meio ao processo de intervenção psicoterápica. A intervenção do Estado marcou a necessidade de um limite para o escalonamento da violência; todas as mulheres discordaram da necessidade de uma sanção penal restritiva de liberdade para seus parceiros agressores. Existem características duplo-vinculares no relacionamento violento que oferecem risco de morte para vítimas e agressores e inviabilizam a reflexão sobre a violência vivenciada. Ao longo da intervenção psicoterápica, as participantes refletiram de maneira ampliada sobre a violência que sofreram e elaboraram novos sentidos para suas experiências que contribuíram para mudanças significativas. A intervenção do Estado estabeleceu novas condições para a reflexão sobre o relacionamento violento e à medida que as mulheres resgataram a condição de sujeitos-intérpretes de suas vidas, elas elaboraram os sentidos da violência que permitiram a superação do padrão relacional violento. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This dissertation has as it`s main goal the applying of a theorical model of investigation about “How women victims of domestic violence reflect about the meaning of violence along [en] This dissertation has as it`s main goal the applying of a theorical model of investigation about “How women victims of domestic violence reflect about the meaning of violence along the conflictious and agressive relationship with their couple?” For this, it is presented the three dimensions of the violence phenomenon: 1) social aspects, 2) interpersonal dimensions of the relationship between victims and assaulters and 3) the subjective aspects of conscience of violence. In the social realm, it is emphasised the core role of the feminist critics in order to reveal this specific kind of violence and the importance of the State`s intervention for it`s control and obliteration. In the interpersonal level, it is emphasised the violence cicle and the double-bind dimensions present in a violent relationship. In the subjective dimension the conscience process is grounded in the existencialism and phenomenology. The methodology was qualitative and used semi-structured interviews about the violent relationships. The criterion for the selection of the participants were: 1) women victims of assault by their partners, 2) women with history of recurrent episodes of violence, 3) women who began to prosecute their partners, 4) women who attended to audiences with a judge and a prosecuter and 5) women who underwent group psychotherapic interventions in the SERAV occurred since the year of 2006. The interviews were conducted with six women and four were selected for the data analysis. The criterion for the selection participants for data analysis was the presence of situations of danger of death in their spoken histories. Each one of the interviews were analyzed separately using techniques of content analysis. All the categories were presented jointly for an over analysis of the way that the women talked about their sense of violence. The experiences of violence are descripted as episodes of physical violence being the psychological and sexual violences only intended after psychotherapic interventions. The intervention of the State establishes the need of a limit for the increasing trend of violence, all the women disagreed in prosecuting their violent partners. There are double-bind characteristics of violent relationship that offer risk of death for women and batterers and makes almost impossible for the women to reflect about the experienced violence. Throughout the psychotherapic intervention, the women reflected in a wider perspective about the meanings of violence that they experienced which summed up to significative changes. The intervention of the State enables new conditions for the reflection about the violent relationship and as the women recover the condition of interpreter-subjetcs of their lives they elaborate new meanings that allow them to get over the patterns of violent relationship.
