Após identificarmos, por intermédio de observações assistemáticas, ações preconceituosas na escola, resolvemos realizar uma pesquisa sobre o preconceito. Dessa forma, como estudiosos do desenvolvimento humano, buscamos compreender o citado fenômeno pela ótica da psicologia moral. Assim, o objetivo principal do nosso trabalho foi verificar se há correlações entre o juízo moral e o juízo do preconceito, nas crianças. Para tanto, foram entrevistadas 40 crianças do ensino fundamental I e II, de uma escola localizada na Capital (SP), que era inclusiva e que orientava o seu projeto pedagógico, bem como as suas práticas educacionais, para o desenvolvimento da autonomia moral dos escolares. Para a coleta de dados, foram utilizadas histórias sobre o juízo moral, desenvolvidas por Piaget (1932/1994), e histórias sobre o juízo do preconceito, construídas e testadas por nós, num estudo-piloto. Após a avaliação das respostas das crianças, pudemos verificar que o juízo moral dos entrevistados tinha tendências à autonomia e à heteronomia moral, dependendo do seu desenvolvimento e demonstrando que há uma evolução na moralidade humana. Os juízos sobre o preconceito, em sua predominância, apontaram que as crianças fizeram juízos com tendências inclusivas. As correlações entre o juízo moral e o juízo do preconceito não foram majoritariamente significativas. Contudo, encontramos correlações entre os juízos da mentira e da justiça com os do preconceito. Acreditamos que apesar da necessidade de outros estudos que corroborem a temática, o juízo moral pode ter relações com o juízo do peconceito. As implicações educacionais da pesquisa atentam para a importância do trabalho com o desenvolvimento moral na educação / The present study stemmed from our concerns about inclusive education. After identifying, through unsystematic observations, actions prejudiced in school, we decided to conduct a research on prejudice. Thereby, as scholars of human development, we seek to understand the abovementioned phenomenon from the perspective of moral psychology. Thus, the main objective of our work was to to check if there are any significant correlations between moral judgment and the judgment of prejudice in children. To this end, we interviewed 40 children of elementary school I and II, a school located in the Capital (SP), which was inclusive and that guided its pedagogical project, as well as their educational practices to the development of moral autonomy of the school. To collect data, we used stories about moral judgment, developed by Piaget (1932/1994), and stories about the judgment of prejudice, built and tested by us, in a pilot study. After evaluation of children's responses, we observed that the moral judgment of respondents had tendencies toward autonomy and heteronomy moral, depending on your development and demonstrating that there is a psychogenesis in human morality. The judgments about prejudice in its prevalence, showed that children made judgments with inclusive trends. The correlations between moral judgment and judgment of prejudice were not mostly meaningful. However, we find correlations between the judgments of lying and justice with the ones of the prejudice. We believe that despite the need for further studies to corroborate the theme, moral judgment may have relations with the judgment of prejudice. The educational implications of the research look up to the importance of working with the moral development in education
