baralhas_m_me_botfm.pdf: 797289 bytes, checksum: bc218b069802a29a165fcdcf2a843fbb (MD5) / O presente estudo, de natureza qualitativa, teve como objetivos identificar as representações dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) acerca de suas práticas de saúde, conhecer as dificuldades sentidas por eles no exercício da prática cotidiana da assistência e desvelar como eles identificam a importância do próprio trabalho para a população assistida. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevista semi-estruturada com doze ACS de quatro Unidades Básicas de Saúde do município pesquisado. Utilizamos a Análise Temática para a análise dos dados e a partir desta, emergiram dois temas e suas respectivas categorias: 1) a percepção dos ACS sobre sua prática cotidiana e as dificuldades em executá-la; a determinação do vínculo como instrumento de trabalho dos ACS, a prática voltada para as orientações sobre a prevenção das doenças e a promoção da saúde, o cuidado ampliado dos ACS, carência de ações resolutivas no cotidiano dos serviços, a sobrecarga do enfermeiro e as recusas dos usuários ao atendimento dos ACS e 2) a importância do trabalho dos ACS para a população assistida; a dependência dos ACS e os ACS como ponte entre os usuários e os serviços. A análise dos resultados mostrou que para os sujeitos, o estabelecimento do vínculo com as famílias e o fortalecimento da credibilidade dos usuários frente ao trabalho, são essenciais para a prática cotidiana. Os ACS consideram as orientações sobre a prevenção de doenças e a promoção da saúde como as principais e mais relevantes ações desenvolvidas por eles. A deficiência de ações resolutivas nos serviços de saúde, a sobrecarga do enfermeiro responsável pela equipe e as recusas dos usuários ao seu atendimento, foram elencados pelos sujeitos como elementos dificultadores para a execução das ações de saúde. Os ACS Resumo percebem a importância do próprio trabalho... / This study of a qualitative nature, aimed to identify the representations of Health Community Agents (ACS) about their health practices, knowing the difficulties faced by them in pursuit of the practice of daily assistance and reveal how they identified the importance of own work for the population assisted. Data were collected through a semi-structured with twelve ACS of four Basic Health Units of the council researched. We use the thematic analysis of data for analysis and from that, two themes emerged and their respective categories: 1) the perception of ACS on their daily practice and the difficulties in executing it, the determination of the link as an instrument of work of ACS, the practice turned to the guidelines on disease prevention and health promotion, the extended care of ACS, lack of remedial actions in the daily services, the burden of nurses and denials of care to users of ACS and 2) the importance of work of ACS for the population assistance; dependence on ACS and ACS as a bridge between users and services. The results showed that for the subject, the establishment of ties with families and strengthening the credibility of users facing the work, are essential to daily practice. The ACS consider the guidelines on disease prevention and health promotion as the main and most relevant actions undertaken by them. The deficiency of remedial actions in health services, the burden of the nurses responsible for the team and the refusal of users to its service, were listed by subject as dificultadores elements for the implementation of the actions of health. The ACS realize the importance of the work for the people assisted by mutual dependence among users and the ACS, but also the role that exercise as a bridge between users and services.
