A intenção foi analisar como os profissionais do magistério (gestores, professores, educadores infantis e professores estagiários) sentiram esse processo, considerando especialmente os impactos pessoais e profissionais que essas mudanças trouxeram para essas pessoas. Dessa forma, almejou-se investigar o processo de municipalização no município de Junqueirópolis, tendo em vista as determinações da legislação federal e seus impactos nessa rede municipal de ensino e também, por meio das análises do questionário aplicado e das entrevistas com os profissionais envolvidos no processo, buscar pistas para esclarecer alguns aspectos, no sentido de elaborar novas questões que possibilitem aos envolvidos atuarem como sujeitos históricos e críticos da sociedade em que estão inseridos. A opção metodológica está fundamentada numa abordagem qualitativa, e os instrumentos foram o questionário e a entrevista, no sentido de conhecer e descrever as impressões que os profissionais construíram, em relação à municipalização das séries/anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, procurando compreender como os sujeitos se constituem diante de situações de mudanças. Foram aplicados... / This master’s thesis is linked to a research line by “Public policy, school organization and, teachers’ training”, and refers to the interest for the process of municipal administration of basic education from early series/years of public municipal administration system from Junqueirópolis/SP, which began in August, 1997. The intention was to analyze how Teaching professional (managers, teachers, childhood educators and trainee teachers) have felt that process of changing considering specially the personal and professional impacts that those changes have brought for those people. Thus it was aimed to investigate the process of decentralization in the county of Junqueirópolis, in order to consider the determinations of Brazilian legislation and its impact on this public municipal education and also through analysis of the questionnaires and interviews with the professionals involved in the process, looking for clues to overhauled to make some aspects clearer, and to elaborate further proposals which enable to the involved professionals act as historical subjects and critics of the society in which they live. The methodological option is based on a qualitative approach, and the instruments that were the questionnaire and the interview in order to know and describe the impressions that professionals built over the public municipal administration of the early series/years of basic school, trying to understand how the subjects constitute themselves in situation of change.
