Previous issue date: 2013 / A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar a percepcao dos academicos do primeiro ano do Curso de Medicina sobre as acoes de integracao de ensino Saúde e comunidade (IESC), no contexto da Atencao Basica de Saúde (ABS), e da visao dos profissionais de Saúde pertencente as Unidades Basicas do Municipio de Macapa do Estado do Amapa. Retrata sobre o papel da Integracao Ensino Servico e Comunidade, como inovacao nos componentes curriculares. A IESC enfatiza, atraves do Pro-Saúde, a reorientacao da atencao e atendimento dentro das UBS, integrando e aproximando alunos academicos de medicina com a realidade da pratica assistida fora das salas de aula. A aprendizagem da IESC tem qualidade da visao do profissional aos riscos a Saúde relacionados aos seus determinantes e condicionantes: modo de vida, condicoes de trabalho, habitacao ambiente, educacao, lazer, cultura, acesso a bens e servicos essenciais. A pesquisa foi aplicada com 11 alunos do 1ª ano e com 12 profissionais de Saúde, que executam a atividade da IESC nas UBS, onde os alunos desempenham suas atividades de campo, a pesquisa quali-quantitativa, com aplicacao de questionario e entrevista. No decorrer dos resultados, tanto os alunos e preceptores da IESC, destacaram a importancia da aplicacao da metodologia dentro do curso de medicina da Universidade Federal do Amapa, citaram ainda as fragilidades e potencialidades deste modelo de ensino. / The general as objective of this study was to analyze the perception of academics of the first year of medical school on the actions of integration and community health education (IESC) in the context of primary health care (ABS), and vision health professionals belonging Basic Units of the Municipality of Macapá the state of
Amapá. Portrays the role of Integration and Community Education Service, as innovation in curriculum components. The IESC emphasizes through the Pro-Health on the reorientation of attention and care within UBS, integrating and bringing students medical students with the reality of assisted practice outside the classroom.
Learning the IESC has vision quality of the professional risks related health conditions and their determinants: lifestyle, working conditions, housing, environment, education, leisure, culture, access to goods and services essentials. A research was applied eleven students of first year and twelve health professionals who perform IESC activity in UBS where students perform their field activities, qualitative and quantitative research with questionnaire and interview. Throughout the results, both students and tutors of IESC, emphasized the importance of applying
the methodology within the medical school of Universidad Federal do Amapá, even cited the weaknesses and strengths of this teaching model. / BV UNIFESP: Teses e dissertações
