Previous issue date: 2014-06-26 / O propósito desta dissertação de mestrado é pesquisar a crítica de Nietzsche à Europa de
seu tempo, a partir da obra Para além de bem e mal. Num primeiro momento, investigo
a maneira pela qual o filósofo alemão considera que a Europa vive numa condição de
fraqueza generalizada, que se manifesta na filosofia, na religião, na arte, na política,
enfim, em todos os componentes da cultura predominante. Num segundo momento,
perscruto as procedências deste enfraquecimento, que são encontradas num processo
histórico e fisiológico e que tem como seu representante principal o homem das “ideias
modernas”, um tipo fraco e degenerado, que se propaga por toda Europa. Num terceiro
e último momento, partindo da crítica realizada pelo filósofo à sua época, analiso o
intento de Nietzsche de superar esta condição de enfraquecimento cultural, que consiste
em preparar o caminho para o advento de uma nova Europa, forte e elevada, a Europa
do futuro. Analiso, por extensão, a partir da perspectiva de Nietzsche, a necessidade de
um perigoso trabalho de cultivo do tipo europeu que, mesmo em condições de fraqueza,
tenha a capacidade e a força necessária para criar novos valores e, a partir deles, legislar
sobre a Europa. Concluo que este tipo de homem é o filósofo legislador, o “bom
europeu” e de “espírito livre”, ao qual cabe a tarefa de elevar a cultura europeia e, com
isso, antecipar experimentalmente, a Europa e o europeu do futuro. / The purpose of this speech of mastership is to research the Nietzsche‟s critical to
Europe of his time, starting by taking an overview about the “Beyond Good and Evil”
work. At the first step, I research the way that the German philosopher considers that
the Europe lived in a general weakness condition that shows itself into the philosophy,
religion, art, political and go on, among all cultural predominant components. At the
second step, I seeking where these weaknesses come from, they are find in the historic
and philosophy process the has the man of “modern ideas” as its main representative, a
kind of weak and degenerated man that speeded out for all Europe. At the third step,
beginning by critical realized by the philosopher to his age, I analyze the Nietzsche‟s
aim to overcome this cultural wreaking condition that is to prepare the way to a new
Europe, a strong and high , the Europe of the future. I even analyze, from the
Nietzsche‟s perspective, the necessity of a dangerous work, that is to culture this kind of
European, that even in a weak condition, have the strong and capacity necessary to
create new values, and starting from these values, to legislate over all Europe. I try to
conclude that this kind of man is the legislator philosopher, “the good European” and
with” free spirit” that have the duty to high the European culture, and with this, to
anticipate in an experiment way, the Europe and the European of the future.
