Previous issue date: 2011-12-13 / The difficulty of some couples to conceive a child by the natural method motivated medical science to develop the Assisted Human Reproduction (AHR). In vitro fertilization (IVF) technique is one of the AHR, with the use of donated eggs, encouraging women who have certain physical disabilities to produce healthy eggs for fertilization. In this sense, this context also motivated the researcher of this study, with the goal of understanding, from the group analytic and psychoanalytic theories, the process and the psychic functioning of three couples who underwent for assisted reproduction treatment with donated eggs for receiving, having successfully to produce his child. The psychoanalytic method of investigation was configured as the best option for carrying out such research, since it involved the analysis and understanding of emotional experiences from the record of a meeting with each couple. To the assessment of the collected material was used the technique of interpretative analysis of unconscious content created by Mathieu, as well as the technical group, considering couple as a special configuration. For this purpose, the interviewer performed a starter question and then couple freely associated it about their treatment experiences during AHR. The results show that the suggestion to receive donated eggs brought hope to be able to have the much-desired child but on the other hand, the frustration at not having a child genetically similar to the mother. The couples went through moments of physical and psychological suffering for the realization of their desire to have a child, and still in the process of psychic elaboration about the narcisistic loss for failing to have a biological child by the mother. Moreover, that couples unconsciously produced some formulations, during the experience of treatment and during the interviews, such as unconscious desires; originating unconscious fantasies: fantasies of sex differences and fantasy of castration complex family, feelings of messianic delusions, and persecutory fantasies. However, we emphasize these couples were able to organize in their emotional ties and, therefore, eased their anguish by denying the treatment they underwent, even to his own child. This secret alliances strengthened the couple's unconscious, through the loss of narcisistic failling in having the child they fantasized. Certainly, from the results in this study, it is necessary psychological counseling to patients before, during and after the treatment, as well as clarification of the importance of a professional psychology in the clinical team training these professionals, once deal with anxieties and frustrations when treatment outcomes are not positive. / A dificuldade de alguns casais para gerar um filho pelo m?todo natural foi o que motivou a ci?ncia m?dica a desenvolver a Reprodu??o Humana Assistida (RHA). A Fertiliza??o In Vitro (FIV) ? uma das t?cnicas da RHA que, juntamente com o uso de ?vulos doados, favorece as mulheres que apresentam certa incapacidade f?sica para gerar ?vulos saud?veis para fertiliza??o. Nesse sentido, tal contexto tamb?m motivou o pesquisador desse estudo, por?m com o objetivo de compreender, a partir das teorias psicanal?ticas e grupanal?ticas, o processo e o funcionamento ps?quico de tr?s casais que se submeteram ao tratamento de reprodu??o assistida, com recepta??o de ?vulos doados, tendo gerado seus filhos com sucesso. O m?todo de investiga??o psicanal?tico configurou-se como a melhor op??o para a realiza??o dessa pesquisa, j? que envolveu a an?lise e compreens?o das viv?ncias emocionais, a partir do registro de um encontro com cada casal. Para a aprecia??o do material coletado foi empregada a t?cnica de an?lise interpretativa de conte?do inconsciente criada por Mathieu, assim como a t?cnica grupal, tendo em vista o casal como uma configura??o de grupo especial. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pergunta disparadora, pelo entrevistador, e em seguida os c?njuges associavam livremente a respeito de suas experi?ncias durante todo o tratamento de RHA. Os resultados encontrados mostram que a sugest?o em receber ?vulos doados trouxe a esperan?a em poder ter o t?o desejado filho mas, por outro lado, a frustra??o em n?o ter um filho geneticamente parecido com a m?e. Os casais atravessaram momentos de sofrimento f?sico e ps?quico para realiza??o do desejo de terem um filho, assim como continuam em processo de elabora??o ps?quica a respeito da perda narc?sica por n?o conseguirem ter um filho biol?gico por parte da m?e. Al?m disso, foi detectado que nos casais o inconsciente produziu algumas formula??es ps?quicas, tanto na viv?ncia que tiveram ao longo do tratamento quanto durante as entrevistas, tais como: desejos inconscientes; fantasias inconscientes origin?rias: fantasias das diferen?as do sexo e fantasia de castra??o; complexos familiares; sentimentos de ilus?es messi?nicas; e fantasias persecut?rias. Contudo, ressalta-se que foi detectado tamb?m que os casais conseguiam se organizar em seus v?nculos afetivos e, por conseguinte, amenizavam suas ang?stias mediante um pacto negativo de n?o revelarem a ningu?m sobre o tratamento que se submeteram, at? mesmo ao pr?prio filho. Este segredo fortaleceu as alian?as inconscientes do casal, mediante a perda narc?sica de n?o conseguirem ter o filho que fantasiavam. Decerto que, a partir dos resultados obtidos nesse estudo, faz-se necess?rio um acompanhamento psicol?gico aos pacientes antes, durante e ap?s o per?odo do tratamento, bem como maior esclarecimento da import?ncia do profissional da psicologia na composi??o da equipe cl?nica e sua atua??o, tamb?m, com estes profissionais, j? que podem lidar com ansiedades e frustra??es quando os resultados dos tratamentos n?o s?o positivos.
