substances and their drastic consequences have occupied a prominent place in the
social context, requiring strategic actions in several areas of knowledge in support of
their fight. In view of the uniqueness consumption involved in what each subject does
with the toxic, it is evident the complexity and the endless interrogations that
permeate the study of this phenomenon. Thus, epidemiological data reports an
important incidence of feminine toxicomania, due to the increasing drug consumption
among women. The challenges and the specificities from their own female universe
was sought, in this study, in order to contemplate and explore when the drug-object
presents itself as a main field for the psychic investments. Therefore, by taking
toxicomania as an important testimony of losses that the accession condition to a
drug-object causes for a subject, it is undeniable the necessity and the relevance of
entering in specific themes in this broad field. Thereby, two sections form this
Dissertation entitled Toxicomania and femininity: stories of a devastating
consumption of yourself. The first, a theoretical work named as The Constitution of
the Femininity notion in Psychoanalysis, it had as a goal, from a critical review of
literature, to discuss the different points of view from knowledge areas - medicine,
sociology, psychology and Psychoanalysis - considering studies about woman, her
complexity and her specificities. The second section, an empiric work,
entitled Toxicomania: women?s narratives on ph?rmakon destructiveness, explored
conditions and elements in the life story of drug addict women, questioning the
factors associated with the search of drug-object, through a qualitative study. To
enable this task it was necessary to work with the material from interviews made with
three young drug addict women. The obtained data were analyzed and discussed
through Content Analysis according to Bardin (2011), establishing three a priori
categories: Significant experiences in the life story and the construction of the
feminine in drug addict women; Singularities of the meeting and the investment in
drug-object; Links between destructivity and toxicomania. This research
demonstrates the Psychoanalysis contributions as a valuable investigation and
intervention tool in the toxicomania field. Recognizing the value of uniqueness
involved in the human being phenomena, this subject enables the opening of a
psychic pain listening space to these young drug addict women, leading to a solid
questioning of the psychic elements involved in this suffering. / No cen?rio contempor?neo, constata-se que o uso e o abuso de subst?ncias
psicoativas e suas dr?sticas consequ?ncias v?m ocupando um lugar proeminente no
?mbito social, demandando a??es estrat?gicas de diversas ?reas de conhecimento
em prol do seu combate. Tendo em vista a singularidade implicada no consumo que
cada sujeito faz do t?xico, evidencia-se a complexidade e os infind?veis
interrogantes que permeiam o estudo desse fen?meno. Nesse sentido, dados
epidemiol?gicos denunciam importante ocorr?ncia da toxicomania feminina, devido
ao crescente aumento do consumo de drogas entre mulheres. Procurou-se, neste
estudo, contemplar e explorar em profundidade os desafios e as especificidades
pr?prias ao universo feminino quando o objeto-droga se apresenta como central no
campo dos investimentos ps?quicos. Tomando-se, portanto, a toxicomania como um
importante testemunho dos preju?zos que a condi??o de ades?o a um objeto-droga
produz em um sujeito, constata-se ser ineg?vel a necessidade e a pertin?ncia de
aprofundar tem?ticas espec?ficas nesse vasto campo. Desta forma, esta disserta??o,
intitulada Toxicomania e feminilidade: hist?rias de um avassalador consumo do si
mesmo, ? constitu?da por duas se??es. A primeira, de cunho te?rico, nomeada A
Constitui??o da no??o de Feminilidade em Psican?lise, teve como objetivo, a partir
da revis?o cr?tica da literatura, problematizar os diferentes olhares das ?reas do
conhecimento ? a Medicina, a Sociologia, a Psicologia e a Psican?lise ?
considerando-se estudos sobre a mulher, sua complexidade e suas especificidades.
A segunda se??o, de cunho emp?rico, intitulada Toxicomania: narrativas femininas
sobre a destrutividade do ph?rmakon, explorou as condi??es e os elementos
presentes na hist?ria de vida de mulheres toxic?manas, problematizando os fatores
associados ? busca pelo objeto-droga, por meio de um estudo qualitativo. Para a
realiza??o deste, trabalhou-se a partir do material oriundo de entrevistas realizadas
com tr?s jovens mulheres toxic?manas. Os dados obtidos foram analisados e
discutidos por meio da An?lise de Conte?do de Bardin (2011), estabelecendo-se tr?s
categorias a priori: viv?ncias significativas na hist?ria de vida e a constru??o do
feminino em mulheres toxic?manas; singularidades do encontro e do investimento no
objeto-droga; enlaces entre destrutividade e toxicomania. A investiga??o realizada
apresenta as contribui??es da Psican?lise como uma valiosa ferramenta de
investiga??o e interven??o no campo da toxicomania. Esse campo do saber, ao
reconhecer o valor da singularidade implicada nos fen?menos humanos, permitiu a
abertura de um espa?o de escuta da dor ps?quica dessas jovens toxic?manas,
levando ? consistente problematiza??o dos elementos ps?quicos implicados nesse
padecimento.
