Previous issue date: 2016-01-19 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / Chemical dependency is a major public health problem existing currently.The reference site for the treatment of this condition in the public sphere of health, is the Centro de Aten??o Psicossocial ?lcool e Drogas (CAPSad).The chemical dependency terminology is problematized by psychoanalysis when considering a drug addiction relationship between drug user, subject of the unconscious, and the object drug. So, the present thesis aims to investigate the experience of drug addicts and their relationship with the CAPSad institution, encompassing professional staff and service as a whole. Thus, the study is composed of two sections. The theoretical section was named "Substance Abuse, Public Health and Psychoanalysis: possible intersections" and it proposes, through a theoretical study to address issues relating to plurality of the public health field, with the possible contributions that psychoanalysis can offer on the issue of drugs of abuse. In addition, the study aims to deepen the relationship established between the subject and the drug addict object, constituting an important tool for understanding and intervention in relation to the suffering of the subject drug addict. The empirical section was named "Between tension and protection: designs on drug addiction and CAPSad" and it has aimed to investigate the experience of care and treatment from drug addicts users in a CAPSad from the account of the users of that service.It is a qualitative research in which semi-structured interviews were conducted with six users on a CAPSad a city in the state of Santa Catarina. The Users are from male gender, they are between 41 and 61 years old and attended the service for at least six months, using the service at the day hospital modality.The interviews were analyzed by the method of content analysis. For the interpretation of the findings, it was used the psychoanalysis. Three final categories were identified and they are called: Progressive (dis) investments in fractures between subject and object; The CAPSad as a potential area of treatment and care for the subject drug addict; and remains of a hospice period - remanence admission and marginalization of drug addiction and the work is a solution to the reintegration of the drug addict in society.The study showed that the arrival of the drug addict to CAPSad leverages a series of actions in marking between the subject, the field of public health and mental health. The drug addict shows subjugated and intense psychological distress, due to its total involvement in the drug object.Thus, the CAPSad proved to be an institution of support to the subject, accepting it and dealing, either through therapeutic practices, support and rehabilitation.In addition, the individual has to deal with traces of the asylum period and the marginalization of drug addiction, considering the work activities as an evolution of their treatment and a solution to reintegrate socially. / A depend?ncia qu?mica ? um dos principais problemas de sa?de p?blica existentes atualmente. E um dos poss?veis locais nos quais o dependente pode procurar tratamento s?o os servi?os p?blicos de sa?de, em particular, os Centros de Aten??o Psicossocial ?lcool e Drogas (CAPSad). Para a Psican?lise, n?o se trata apenas de uma depend?ncia qu?mica, mas de uma rela??o de toxicomania entre o sujeito do inconsciente e o objeto droga, por isso, foi necess?rio investigar a experi?ncia dos sujeitos toxic?manos e a sua rela??o com o CAPSad sob uma perspectiva da Psican?lise. Dessa forma, o estudo comp?s-se de duas se??es. A se??o te?rica foi nomeada ?Toxicomania, Sa?de P?blica e Psican?lise: intersec??es poss?veis? e prop?e, a partir de um estudo te?rico, apoderar-se dos aportes relacionados ao abuso de drogas enquanto problema de sa?de p?blica e de como os servi?os p?blicos de sa?de lidam com esse fen?meno. Ademais, o estudo visou aprofundar a possibilidade de inser??o da Psican?lise neste campo, pontuando que uma das grandes contribui??es psicanal?ticas ao fen?meno da toxicomania ? a rela??o que se estabelece entre o sujeito toxic?mano e o objeto droga, constituindo-se como importante ferramenta de compreens?o e de interven??o quanto ao padecimento do sujeito toxic?mano. A Se??o Emp?rica foi nomeada como ?Entre a tens?o e o amparo: delineamentos sobre a toxicomania e o CAPSad? e teve como objetivo investigar a experi?ncia de acolhimento e tratamento, por parte de usu?rios toxic?manos, em um CAPSad, a partir do relato dos usu?rios desse servi?o. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com seis usu?rios em um CAPSad de um munic?pio do estado de Santa Catarina. Os usu?rios eram do sexo masculino, possu?am entre 40 e 46 anos, frequentavam o servi?o h?, no m?nimo, seis meses e utilizavam o servi?o na modalidade de hospital dia. As entrevistas foram analisadas pelo m?todo da An?lise de Conte?do. Para a interpreta??o dos achados, utilizou-se o referencial psicanal?tico. Identificaram-se tr?s categorias finais denominadas: Progressivos (des)investimentos nas fraturas entre sujeito e objeto; O CAPSad como potencial espa?o de tratamento e acolhimento para o sujeito toxic?mano; e Vest?gios de um per?odo manicomial ? remanesc?ncia da interna??o e marginaliza??o da toxicomania, sendo o trabalho uma solu??o ? reinser??o do toxic?mano na sociedade. O estudo realizado mostrou que a chegada do toxic?mano ao CAPSad potencializa uma s?rie de a??es no balizamento entre o sujeito, o campo da sa?de p?blica e da sa?de mental. O sujeito toxic?mano mostra-se assujeitado e com intenso sofrimento devido ao seu investimento total no objeto droga. Dessa forma, o CAPSad pode se constituir em uma institui??o de amparo ao sujeito, acolhendo-o e tratando-o por meio de pr?ticas terap?uticas, de apoio e de ressocializa??o. Al?m disso, o sujeito precisa lidar com vest?gios do per?odo manicomial e com a marginaliza??o da toxicomania, considerando a atividade laboral uma evolu??o do seu tratamento e solu??o para se reinserir socialmente.
