Previous issue date: 2016-04-08 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / In a contemporary context, digital organizational communication (DOC) has been studied through several theoretical and methodological approaches aiming at its solidification as a study target of the knowledge field, focusing on the understanding and comprehension of organizational communicative processes. This argument justifies the investigation of the scientific production related to digital organizational communication, based upon the articles presented to Abrapcorp, between 2007 and 2015. The thesis goals are investigating how are presented the studies on this theme carried on by researchers involved in the Abrapcorp discussion groups, establishing on what thematic, theoretical, conceptual and methodological approaches the developed studies are presented focusing digital organizational communication at Abrapcorp, and contributing to the recognition of the limits and potential of scientific production on digital organizational communication (DOC) accepted at Abrapcorp. The hermeneutical-interpretative paradigm proposed by Thompson (1995, 2011) is adopted. The work is a qualitative research, with methodological strategies that involve a social and historical analysis, a formal-discursive analysis and the interpretation/ (re) interpretation, search and collect of data in the Abrapcorp site digital environment, in order to compose the corpus, with 70 scientific articles that focus on the chosen theme. Atlas ti software was utilized in order to support the codification process, interpretation of the corpus articles based on the interpretative/(re)interpretative movements accomplished. / No contexto contempor?neo, a comunica??o organizacional digital (COD) tem sido estudada sob diferentes enfoques te?rico-metodol?gicos na busca da sua consolida??o como objeto de estudos da sub?rea do conhecimento voltada para o entendimento e compreens?o dos processos comunicativos organizacionais. Esse argumento justifica a investiga??o da produ??o cient?fica relacionada ? comunica??o organizacional digital (COD), tendo por base os artigos apresentados ? Abrapcorp, no per?odo de 2007 a 2015. A tese, portanto, tem como objetivos: investigar como se configuram os estudos sobre essa tem?tica desenvolvidos por pesquisadores que circulam no espa?o institucionalizado de discuss?o da Abrapcorp, evidenciar com base em que abordagens tem?ticas, metodol?gicas e te?rico-conceituais s?o desenvolvidos os estudos apresentados sobre a comunica??o organizacional digital na Abrapcorp e contribuir para o (re) conhecimento de limita??es e potencialidades da produ??o cient?fica sobre a comunica??o organizacional digital (COD) aceita na Abrapcorp. Adota-se o paradigma hermen?utico-interpretativo proposto por Thompson (1995, 2011). Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, com estrat?gias metodol?gicas que envolvem an?lise s?cio-hist?rica, an?lise formal-interpretativa e (re) interpreta??o, levantamento e coleta de dados em ambiente digital no site da Abrapcorp para constitui??o do corpus, com 70 artigos cient?ficos que abordam a tem?tica pesquisada. Recorreu-se ao software Atlas ti com intuito de dar suporte ao processo de codifica??o, interpreta??o dos artigos do corpus com base nos movimentos interpretativos e reinterpretativos realizados.
