Being thrown into a world where our daily lives is acelerated and life is rushed makes us, sometimes, lose sensibility to life. Some dimensions of our existence becomes not thematized being almost silenced day after day. In between those questions that we keep not thematizing, we found death. However in a moment of our life it opens and makes us stop. Therefore, this present reasearch borns from this fright/stop of the researcher in front of life and death when it looks into this dimension of existing, asks if veiling someone can summon us up to life. That is why this research, presented in the narrative form, directs our look into the act of veil, trying to understand the conssonances that the death of the other can cause into the life of
those who stays. The main question was: The act of veil can summon us up to life? The method used was the cartographic method, inspired in the methodological reversion where the path points towards to the possible goals and not when the goals points towards to the path.
Besides all, this research had an interventive character starting from an offering of services and using the psychological attendance and the logbook as intruments that made the picking of narratives possible. The analysis of those narratives were inspired in the notes of Walter
Benjamin about Narratives and the notes of Hannah Arendt about Understanding. The Psychological atention service was offered in a Graveyard located in the State of Pernambuco. In the analisys we can realise that in the funeral context, there are three possible audiences we found: The first ones are those that can not talk about what they are living, because they are in deep pain and suffering. The second ones were the viewers that they were not so attentive to the funeral and the third ones were those who veil, witness and can talk about what happens in this context. At last we can realise that the audiences, in front of death, in different ways were called to think about the routings and thing they will have to do in life. Starting from this
understandings, we end this work, presenting a reflective texture with the notes of Hannah Arendt about birth which in different ways it presents an eminent possibility in the life of those who stays e veils. / Estar lançados em um mundo em que o cotidiano é acelerado e a vida é apressada faz-nos, por vezes, perder a sensibilidade para com a vida. Algumas dimensões de nossa existência passam a não ser tematizadas, sendo quase que silenciadas no nosso dia-a-dia. Por entre as questões que não vivemos tematizando, encontra-se a morte. Todavia, em algum momento de nossa vida ela se escancara e nos faz parar. Destarte, a presente pesquisa nasce do espanto/parada da
pesquisadora frente à vida e à morte que, ao olhar para essa dimensão do existir, questiona se velar alguém pode nos convocar para a vida. Assim, a presente pesquisa, que aqui é apresentada de forma narrativa, direcionou o olhar para o ato do velar na tentativa de
compreender as consonâncias que o morrer do outro pode causar na vida dos que ficam. O questionamento presente foi: O ato de velar pode convocar para a vida? O método utilizado foi o cartográfico, inspirado na reversão metodológica, onde não são as metas que apontam o caminho, mas o caminho que apontam para as possíveis metas. Além disso, a pesquisa foi de cunho interventivo, que é feita a partir de um oferecimento de serviços e utilizou-se do Plantão Psicológico e do Diário de Bordo como instrumentos que possibilitaram a colheita das narrativas. As análises dessas narrativas foram realizadas e inspiradas nos apontamentos de Walter Benjamin sobre Narrativas e de Hannah Arendt sobre Compreensão. O serviço de
atenção psicológica foi oferecido em um Cemitério no Estado de Pernambuco. Nas análises, foi possível perceber que, nos contextos de velórios, três possíveis públicos se apresentam: O primeiro diz respeito àqueles que, por estarem mergulhados na dor e no sofrimento, não conseguem falar sobre o que estão vivendo; o segundo ão os expectadores que não estão tão atentos aos sepultamentos; o terceiro diz respeito àqueles que velam, testemunham e conseguem narrar sobre o que acontece nesse contexto de velórios. Por fim, foi possível perceber que, diante da morte, os públicos, de modos diferentes são chamados a pensar sobre
os encaminhamentos que precisarão realizar na vida. Então, partindo dessas compreensões, finalizamos o presente trabalho, apresentando uma tessitura reflexiva com os apontamentos de Hannah Arendt acerca da natalidade, já que, de modos diferentes, ela se apresenta como uma possibilidade eminente na vida dos que ficam e velam.
