Previous issue date: 2007 / This dissertation proposes to extend the quarrel on aesthetic in the theoretical and practical scope of the activity of Public Relations, proposal for professor doctor Roberto Porto Simões in the development of the theory that defines this activity as administration of political function of organizations, based on the aesthetic Teoria della Formativitá from the italian philosopher Luigi Pareyson. The start point is the statement that the aesthetic act in Public Relation is related with the harmony of the operational stages on this activity. This study employs the qualitative research, trough the empirical observation, intends to compare the raised theoretical information with the activity of Public Relations, pursuing a position of hypotheticaldeductive character. The applied methodology is the literal analysis presented by the professor doctor Roque Moraes, under the heading A light storm: the understanding made possible for the discursiva literal analysis. / Este trabalho propõe ampliar a discussão sobre estética no âmbito teórico e prático da atividade de Relações Públicas, proposta pelo professor doutor Roberto Porto Simões no desenvolvimento da teoria que define essa atividade como gestão da função organizacional política, fundamentada na teoria da Estética da Formatividade do filósofo italiano Luigi Pareyson. O ponto de partida é o pressuposto de que o ato estético em Relações Públicas está relacionado com a harmonia das etapas operacionais dessa atividade. O presente estudo buscou na pesquisa qualitativa, por meio da observação empírica, confrontar as informações teóricas levantadas com o fazer da atividade de Relações Públicas, perseguindo uma postura de caráter hipotético-dedutivo. A metodologia aplicada é a análise textual discursiva apresentada pelo professor doutor Roque Moraes, sob o título Uma tempestade de luz: a compreensão possibilitada pela análise textual discursiva.
