Previous issue date: 2015 / The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception of the professors from the Pedagogy School, focusing in their IT resources and communications in face to contribute in the students’ learning process. The methodologies used were both Qualitative and Quantitative, based on a case study made in a graduation school in the city of Porto Alegre. To collect the data, semi structured interviews and observations were carried on. The results found were: they learn more through writing (93%), listening (64%), talking (29%), Internet research (21%). To promote learning, the results show: videos (93%), reading (79%), computers/tablets (64%), lectures (14%) and “cine forum” (21%). The perception of who were interviewed was that the Chat doesn’t help. Another result found was that they prefer books (64%), ebooks (21%), use both (15%). The main authors used to support this work are Levy, Moran, Martins, Giraffa, Cortella, Fernandes, Freire, Marosini, Tardif, Castells and Zabalza. / O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a percepção dos discentes do ensino superior – curso de graduação em Pedagogia – focando nos recursos tecnológicos de informação e comunicação que evidenciam contribuir nos processos de aprendizagem discente. A abordagem metodológica é de cunho qualitativo e quantitativo, a partir de um estudo de caso e de pesquisa documental realizados numa IES da cidade de Porto Alegre. Para coleta de dados foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturas e observação participante. Os principais resultados encontrados foram: aprendem melhor através da escrita (93%); através da audição (64%); através da oralidade (29%); através de pesquisas virtuais (21%). No que tange ao favorecimento da aprendizagem, temos como resultado: vídeos (93%), leituras (79%), computadores/tablets (64%), palestras/seminários (14%) e cine fórum (21%). O Chat, no entendimento dos sujeitos pesquisados, não contribui. Figura como resultado, ainda, a preferência pela leitura em livros impressos (64%); E-Book (21%); 15% utilizam as duas formas. Os principais teóricos e autores que apoiam esse trabalho são Levy, Moran, Martins, Giraffa, Cortella, Fernandes, Freire, Morosini, Tardif, Castells e Zabalza.
