ABSTRACT Vilma Misiūnienė Modelling of business decisions. Master‘s work. The work analyses the process of business decision-making, its models, discusses the most efficient stages of decision-making. It emphasises the significance of decision-making to business development, the interaction among a manager, a businessman, time and people relationship. The work also discusses the systems of decision promotion and highlights the possibilities of practical implication enabling effective and reasonable attainment of the goals that are important for gaining a competitive advantage in the future.
