Mikromanipuliatoriai ir jų dinamikos tyrimai / Micromanipulator's grabbing

RTM based micromanipulator`s grabbing devices are described in this work.. The classification of them is made and some most used devices are described. The proposal is given that piezoelements are best to use in grabbing devices. This proposal is proved by researches of dynamics of RTM. Grabbing devices with piezoelements are working more precisely and synchronically, and ensures faster work of mechanism.
