Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojami teoriniai motyvacijos pagrindai, įvertinami skatinimo metodų privalumai ir trūkumai, išskiriamos motyvavimo priemonės motyvuojančios ir skatinančios tobulėjimo ir kompetencijos kėlimą. Apibendrinamos motyvavimo teorijos, kurias svarbu žinoti, nes būtent nuo jų ir susiformavo toks dalykas kaip motyvavimas, kuris gimė iš paties žmogaus ir jo poreikių. Antroje dalyje remiantis atliktais tyrimais ir gautais rezultatais apžvelgiamos dažniausiai naudojamos ir populiariausios motyvavimo priemonės įmonėse, kiek jos efektyvios motyvuojant darbuotojus ir skatinant tobulėjimo bei kompetencijos kėlimo lygį siekiant gerinti darbo rezultatus. Trečioje darbo dalyje įvertinamos tyriamų įmonių motyvavimo priemonės, bei tobulinimo ir kompetencijos kėlimo sistema, atskleidžiama UAB“Senukai“, UAB“Audimas“ ir UAB“Osama“ filialų darbuotojų motyvacijos įtaką tobulėjimo ir kompetencijos kėlimui bei įvertinama darbo pradžioje iškelta hipotezė. / The work of theoretical analysis of motivation in law, the promotion of methods of estimating the benefits and drawbacks, the distinction of reasoning motivating and encouraging the development of competence and training.
