Bakalauro darbe analizuojamas moterų alkoholio ir tabako vartojimo dažnis bei poveikis jų sveikatai. Norint išsiaiškinti pagrindinį tikslą, iškelti šie uždaviniai: Mokslinės literatūros studijų pagrindu išanalizuoti žalingų įpročių sampratą ir jų žalą moterų sveikatai; Išsiaiškinti moterų tabako ir alkoholio vartojimo priežastis; Ištirti moterų žinojimą apie žalingų įpročių pasekmes; Išsiaiškinti, ar moterys žino žalingų įpročių pasekmes. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo apklaustos įvairaus amžiaus 85 moterys. Išanalizavus moterų žalingų įpročių sampratą ir jų žalą sveikatai teoriniu aspektu, galime įvardyti, kad sveikatos problemos daugiausia priklauso nuo gyvensenos ir elgsenos, taip pat nuo susiformavusio požiūrio ir įgytų žinių apie žalingus įpročius ir kokios galimos pasekmės moters organizmui. / The Bachelor paper analyzes women's alcohol and tobacco use rate and its influence to their health. To find out the main objective, the following tasks have been set: To analyze on the basis of the scientific literature the concept of addiction and its damage to women's health;To find out the causes of women's tobacco and alcohol use;To investigate women's awareness about the consequences of harmful habits; To find out whether the women are aware of the consequences of harmful habits. 85 women of all ages were interviewed using the questionnaire as a survey method. After analysis of the concept of women's harmful habits and its damage for health in theoretical terms, we can identify that the health problems depends mainly on lifestyle and behavior. It also depends on the formed attitudes and knowledge about harmful habits and what are their possible consequences for women's health.
