Le but de ce mémoire est de présenter une approche qui utilise les techniques d’analyse fonctionnelle pour étudier les fonctions holomorphes presque périodiques à plusieurs variables. Ces fonctions sont présentées comme des sections holomorphes d’un fibré vectoriel holomorphe de Banach associé à un revêtement régulier sur une variété de Stein. Cette approche nous permettra d’établir un théorème de prolongement pour les fonctions holomorphes presque périodiques. / The aim of this thesis is to present an approach that uses functionnal analysis methods to the study of almost periodic functions of several variables. These functions are presented as holomorphic sections of holomorphic Banach vector bundle associated to a regular covering over a Stein manifold. This approach will allow us to establish an extension theorem for holomorphic almost periodic functions.
