La presente propuesta de mejora está orientada a determinar en qué medida la reducción de tiempos de producción en el proceso productivo y la mejora del rendimiento en la línea de producción de papas al hilo de la empresa Redjos S.A.C. contribuye a incrementar la productividad en su producción.
Con la finalidad de lograr el objetivo principal de la tesis se procede a identificar el proceso de fritado como operación cuello de botella en el proceso productivo de papas al hilo, el análisis a identificar el cuello de botella permite identificar la operación de rectificado producto de un deficiente proceso de pelado; identificado el cuello de botella se procede a realizar el nuevo balance de línea logrando reducir el tiempo de producción de papas al hilo e incrementar la productividad en 17%, a su vez le logra maximizar el rendimiento actual respecto a la materia prima de 24% a 29.14%. / The present proposal for improvement is aimed at determining to what extent the reduction of production times in the production process and the improredjos vement of the performance in the line of production of potatos to the thread of the Company Redjos SAC contributes to increase the productivity in its production.
In order to achieve the main objective of the thesis is to identify the process of fritting as a bottleneck operation in the productive process of potatoes in a row, the analysis to identify the bottleneck identifies the grinding process product of a por peeling process, identified the bottleneck procedes to make the new balance line, reducing the time of production of potatoes to the yarn and increasing productivity by 17 % in turn it is posible to maximize the current yield with respect to the raw material from 24 % to 29 %. / Tesis
