En la presente investigación, analizamos los factores críticos para la exportación de castaña pelada de Madre de Dios – Perú, hacia Corea del Sur en el periodo 2014 - 2017.
En el primer capítulo, se realiza un análisis de la castaña (bertholletia excelsa), fruto natural del departamento de Madre de Dios en Perú. Asimismo, mencionamos el proceso de recolección, zafra y distribución de este preciado fruto, la investigación del país de destino, Corea del Sur y sus procesos comerciales.
En el segundo capítulo, se describen las herramientas de investigación. Se mencionan los actores que intervienen y como se llegará a obtener la información a recolectar desde la misma zona de los castañales en Madre de Dios – Perú.
En el tercer capítulo, se analizan todos los datos recopilados. Se extrapoló los datos obtenidos a una bitácora, para con ello, poder obtener los resultados de acuerdo a las categorías de preguntas planteadas y de manera veráz.
En el cuarto capítulo, se describen los hallazgos de los tres segmentos utilizados: Expertos en exportaciones, Especialistas en Derecho Ambiental y Forestal y Concesionarios castañeros y Organismos no gubernamentales. Con estos importantes hallazgos, posteriormente se logran los objetivos y se da respuesta a la hipótesis.
En el quinto capítulo, se concluye y recomienda de acuerdo a todo el estudio realizado durante los seis meses de investigación.
Se ha analizado papers, libros, páginas web e investigaciones sobre el fruto. Asimismo, se ha realizado una investigación minuciosa en la misma Región de Madre de Dios / During the investigation, we analyzed the critical factors of the exportation of peeled chestnuts from Madre de Dios – Peru to South Korea during the years of 2014 through 2017.
In the first chapter, we provided an analysis of the peeled chestnuts, a native fruit from Madre de Dios – Peru. We mentioned the process of harvesting and distributing this extraordinary fruit to South Korea, as well as observing the business process of peeled chestnuts within South Korea.
In the second chapter, we detailed all the tools used to conduct the analysis. These included the surveyors and how we collected information from the chestnut plantations in Madre de Dios-Peru
In the third chapter, we analyzed all the data we have and what it represents. We exported all the acquired data into a spreadsheet to provide an accurate information for this research.
In the fourth chapter, we described the three segments we used. It includes the experts on exportation, environmental specialists, chestnut harvesters and non-government organizations. With this important analysis, we reach answers to our hypothesis.
In the fifth chapter, we closed the research and provided feedback according to our six-month investigation of the peeled chestnuts.
We have used research papers, textbooks, studies, websites, and other sources in the investigation of this fruit, we have also made an intense analysis of the Madre de Dios region. / Tesis
