El éxito de nuestro negocio radica en que hacemos uso de herramientas tecnológicas interactivas y nos ayudamos de aliados estratégicos, lo cual ayudará a que nuestra rentabilidad tenga un crecimiento anual de 30% en el primer año y 20% en los próximos 4 años. Por servicio será: 65% del total pagado para el chef y 35% para Vegan Chef. El WACC es de 28.60%, el VAN es de S/. 19,607.22 y el TIR es de 41.33% superior a la tasa exigida por todos los que financian el proyecto o WACC, siendo VAN mayor o igual a cero y el TIR mayor al WACC, podemos decir que el proyecto agrega valor al inversionista, es viable y rentable si se financia con capital propio. Vegan Chef será la mejor alternativa para los paladares veganos y vegetarianos más exigentes, propiciando un ambiente inigualable y el querer repetir la experiencia. / We offer a cooking show experience performed by specialized chefs, with thematic events (chef host) or in the place selected by the diners (chef at home). The succeed of our business lies on the optimization of technologic and interactive tools, and the support from our strategic allies. Both will help in increasing our sales turnover at 20% annual rate. For service will be: 65% of the total paid for the chef and 35% for Vegan Chef. The WACC is 28.60%, the NPV is S/ 19,607.22 and the IRR is 41.33%, superior to the rate demanded by those who finance the Project or WACC, being the NPV more or equal to zero and the IRR higher than the WACC. In that sense, we can affirm that this Project adds value to the investor, is viable and profitable if it is financed by own capital.
