La presente tesis consiste en la investigación y presentación del proyecto arquitectónico “Centro Especializado de Investigación y Capacitación Agrícola” en la ciudad de Majes – Arequipa. Este proyecto plantea resolver la necesidad inminente de apoyar, por medio de la investigación, el crecimiento agrícola que viene experimentando la cuidad de Majes, así como la necesidad de capacitación que responde a un déficit de los conocimientos de la población. Además, incluye análisis de territorio, marcos conceptual, histórico y referencial para llevar a cabo la propuesta. / The present thesis consists of the research and presentation of the architectural project "Specialized Center for Agricultural Research and Training" in the city of Majes - Arequipa. This project proposes to solve the imminent need to support, through research, the agricultural growth that the city of Majes has been experiencing, as well as the need for training that responds to a deficit of the population's knowledge. It also includes analysis of territory, conceptual, historical and referential frameworks to carry out the proposal. / Tesis
