La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el impacto del Sistema de Control Interno basado en el modelo COSO 2013 respecto a la Gestión Empresarial en las empresas de sector construcción de edificios en el distrito de El Agustino, año 2018. Para determinar el impacto, es preciso validar las pruebas de hipótesis, realizar análisis de consistencia estadística, entre otros estudios que finalmente permitan producir resultados y conclusiones de la investigación.
La tesis inicia con la introducción, posteriormente se desarrolla a través de los siguientes cinco capítulos: Capítulo I - Marco Teórico, se desarrolla las principales definiciones, importancia, evolución, entre otros relacionados con el marco teórico de las variables de estudio; asimismo, un análisis de la relación entre las dos variables y del sector construcción. Capitulo II – Plan de Investigación, se presenta a nivel general y específicas, los problemas, objetivos e hipótesis; además, se establece la metodología a utilizarse para el desarrollo de la investigación. Capitulo III – Metodología de la Investigación, se define la población y muestra para el desarrollo de la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa. Capitulo IV - Desarrollo de la Investigación, se ejecuta las encuestas y entrevistas en profundidad, desarrollando también el caso práctico para aplicar el sistema de control interno y su influencia en una empresa del sector de construcción de edificios. Capítulo V - Análisis de los Resultados, se realiza el análisis de los instrumentos y del caso práctico, y la validación de las hipótesis. Finalmente, se realiza las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la presente investigación. / The objective of the research is to determine the impact of the Internal Control System based on the 2013 COSO model in relation to the Business Management in companies in the construction sector of buildings in the El Agustino district on 2018. It is necessary to validate hypothesis tests, perform statistical consistency analysis and other different studies that allow to get the results and conclusions of the research.
The thesis begins with the introduction, later it is developed through the following five chapters: Chapter I - Framework, develops the main definitions, importance, evolution and among others related to the theorical framework of the study variables. This chapter also present an analysis of the relationship between the two variables and the construction sector. Chapter II - Research Plan, introduce in a general and specific way, the problems, objectives and hypotheses; In addition, the second chapter establishs the methodology to be used for the development of the research. Chapter III - Research Methodology, the population is defined and the sample for the development of the research quantitative and qualitative. Chapter IV - Development of Research, to apply surveys and qualitative interviews, developing the case of study putting in practice the internal control system and its influence on a company in the building construction sector. Chapter V - Analysis of the results, this chapter analyzes the instruments and the practical case of study, and the validation of the hypotheses. Finally, the thesis presents the conclusions and recommendations of the present investigation. / Tesis
