The present article pretends to explain the new framework designed for the regulation for arbitration on public procurements matter, which will begin to operate since the approval of the Regulation for the integral reform for the Public Procurements Peruvian Law. This new vision will allow appreciating the exceptional legal nature that covers arbitration on public procurements, considering transparency and publicity as essential axis to fight corruption, and also the need to ensure specialization on administrative law, arbitration and public procurement on those who resolve disputes on that field. / El presente artículo propone explicar un nuevo esquema diseñado para la regulación aplicable al Arbitraje en Contrataciones Públicas, vigente a partir de aprobación del Reglamento de la Reforma integral a la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, aprobada por Ley N° 30225. Esta nueva visión permitirá apreciar la naturaleza jurídica excepcional que posee el Arbitraje en Contrataciones Públicas, por qué se busca fortalecer la transparencia y publicidad como ejes fundamentales para la lucha contra la corrupción, así como la necesidad de exigir, a quienes resuelven controversias derivadas de contratos públicos, especialización acreditable tanto en arbitraje, derecho administrativo y contratación pública, es decir, competencias en esta materia especial.
