Magíster en Alimentos, mención Gestión, Calidad e Inocuidad / Andes Control es un laboratorio chileno, acreditado bajo la norma ISO/IEC 17025 por
un organismo Alemán, por lo cual ha de cumplir tanto con los requisitos nacionales
como con requisitos internacionales, velando por emplear un sistema de calidad
dinámico que debe adaptarse a ambas realidades (internacional y nacional), sin
descuidar su excelencia de calidad. Sus servicios principales están enfocados en el área
de control de calidad de residuos de pesticidas y una nueva área relacionada con el
control de fármacos y micotoxinas tanto en animales como en alimentos.
Dentro de este contexto Andes Control busca un constante equilibrio en la calidad de
sus servicios (tiempo, costo, buen servicio) y el acelerado crecimiento de la empresa
perturba el equilibrio establecido de tal manera que el Sistema de Calidad implementado
ha perdido su eficacia y efectividad.
Para enfrentar todos estos cambios la empresa debe comprender que la calidad ha
dejado de ser un asunto meramente técnico y debe comprender que parte del proceso
se basa en saber administrar sus recursos y optimizar los que ya posee, es decir, debe
buscar una administración de la calidad, a través de una organización eficiente.
Ante este escenario, este trabajo apunta a evaluar los eventuales riesgos de las áreas
primordiales del laboratorio y posteriormente, fortalecer todos los procesos que se
observen débiles; con la finalidad de que el crecimiento del laboratorio no se vea
afectado y el servicio ofrecido a los clientes sea siempre conforme. Este proceso de
evaluación se realizará basándose en los principios de Quality Risk Management
(QRM).
Parte de este crecimiento, involucra la postulación del laboratorio y la oficina de su sede
en Ecuador para obtener el reconocimiento oficial de análisis de residuos veterinarios en
camarones y pescados bajo las exigencias del Instituto Nacional de Pesca (INP). Esto
implica evaluar los aspectos técnicos y exigencias de Ecuador para el laboratorio e
implementar a distancia directrices de ISO 17025 en los procesos relacionados con la
prestación de servicios de análisis en esa sede.
Finalmente, se espera que la implementación y utilización de herramientas de QRM
permitan ser elementos que ayuden y potencien las directrices de un sistema de calidad
ISO 17025 / Andes Control is a Chilean laboratory; it is accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 by a
German Organism. Therefore it must fulfill the national as well as the international
requirements using a dynamic quality system which should adapt to both realities
(international and national), without forgetting to take care of its quality Excellency.
Its main services are focused in the quality control of Pesticides Residues and a new
area related to the control of Chemicals and Micotoxins in animals as well as in food.
Andes Control, within this context, looks for a constant balance in the quality of its
services (time, cost, good service) and the fast growth of the company affects the
established Quality System such a way that has lost its effectiveness.
The company must understand all these changes to face the fact that Quality stopped
being a merely technical issue and must understand that part of the process is based on
knowing how to administrate its resources and optimize those ones that already has, that
means looking for an administration of Quality through an efficient organization.
Under these circumstances, this work points to evaluate the eventual risks in the
primordial (most important) areas of the laboratory and then strengthen all the process
that have been weaken; with the purpose that the laboratory growth is not affected and
that the service offered to the customer is always correct.
This evaluation process will be done based on the Quality Risk Management (QRM).
Part of this extension (growth) involves the laboratory application and the office
headquarters in Ecuador to obtain an official recognition in order to analyze the
veterinarian residues of shrimp and fish under the “Instituto Nacional de Pesca” (INP)
requirements.
This means that technical aspects and requirements from Ecuador for the laboratory
must be evaluated and also some ISO 17025 directives must be established from the
distance in the process related to the Analysis Service at this branch.
Finally, it is hoped that the implementation and utilization of QRM implements (tools)
help to become the elements that help and maximize the directives of an ISO 17025
