Orientador: Abílio da Costa-Rosa / Banca: Roberto Calazans / Banca: Ilka Franco Ferrari / Resumo: Endereçamos a presente dissertação aos trabalhadores que atuam a partir das Políticas Públicas em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA), com interesses na escuta ao sujeito do inconsciente. Temos o propósito de introduzir ao leitor, nos desígnios da Saúde Coletiva, um determinado modo de posicionar-se no Estabelecimento institucional hospitalar, mirando formalizar a Clínica da Urgência enquanto um dispositivo de tratamento neste contexto em específico da Atenção à Saúde. O intuito foi refletir sobre a minha práxis, a práxis de um psicólogo precavido pela psicanálise de Freud e Lacan na Atenção Hospitalar, nos momentos em que foi possível ocupar um lugar de trabalhador-intercessor, intercedendo tanto em relação aos sujeitos do sofrimento e do tratamento, quanto em relação aos trabalhadores deste Estabelecimento, no qual estivemos. Segundo Costa-Rosa, o trabalhador-intercessor é tributário do Dispositivo Intercessor, uma abordagem multirreferencial que tem como perspectiva a superação da divisão fundamental do trabalho, um savoir-faire, combinando ação-reflexão in acto. Para a exposição do trabalho, nos debruçamos em torno de quatro eixos: a definição de Unidade de Pronto Atendimento e a subversão de seus propósitos originais, quando na concessão de seus princípios ao Modo Capitalista de Produção; uma problematização das práticas e dos discursos de uma específica UPA inserida nas suas Redes, à luz do Materialismo Histórico marxiano; a fundamentação teórica acerca do dispositi... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: We address this dissertation to psychologists and workers who are in the emergency clinic of an ER unit, with focus on listening to the subject of the unconscious. Through the work of a psychologist, in the domain of Collective Health, we aim to introduce a specific positioning method, within a medical care institution, with the objective of formalizing the Clinic of Urgency as a treatment device in this particular context of Health Care practices. The aim was to reflect on my praxis, the praxis of a psychologist who is advised by Freud and Lacan's psychoanalysis in the field of Hospital Care, in the moments when it was possible to occupy a position, that of a worker-intercessor, interceding with the subject of suffering and treatment as well as with the workers of the Institution in which our practice took place. According to Costa-Rosa, the worker-intercessor is tributary to the Intercessor Device, a multireferential approach which has in sight the overcoming of the fundamental division of labor, a savoirfaire which combines action-reflection in acto. In order to expose the work which was carried out, we have based ourselves on four axes: the definition of an ER Unit facility and the subversion of its original purposes, when their principles abide by the Capitalist Mode of Production (CMP); a problematization of the practices and the discourses of a specific ER Unit, inserted in its Networks, in light of Marx's Historical Materialism; the theoretical founding of the Clinic of Urgency device in Hospital Care, as well as of the psychoanalytic Clinic in compliance with the parameters of Subjective Urgency; and, finally, we give an account of what the praxis of the psychologist, worker- intercessor, in the ER Unit of a hospital facility was like.
