O banco de dados genealógicos era composto pelo registro de 1500 animais nascidos entre 2005 e 2016, no qual avaliou-se os parâmetros populacionais através dos softwares ENDOG v.4.8 e o INBUPGF90. As características reprodutivas e de crescimento avaliadas foram: número de ovos/mês (NO30), peso do ovo (PO), circunferência do eixo longitudinal do ovo (CO), fertilidade, eclodibilidade, qualidade espermática, peso ao nascimento (PN), peso corporal e perímetro de peito (PP) e coxa (PC). A preparação da base de dados e a estatística inicial foram realizadas no software estatístico SAS. O modelo não-linear de Gompertz foi ajustado aos 1300 dados de peso/PP/PC por idade para explicar o crescimento dos animais. Foram criados 8 classes de peso para determinadas idades para análise de variância, sendo elas o peso aos 28 (P28), 56 (P56), 84 (P84), 112 (P112), 140 (P140), 168 (P168), 200 dias (P200) e acima de 300 dias (P>300). Os coeficientes de endogamia (F) calculados pelo ENDOG v.4.8 e INBUPGF90 foram 0,036% e 0,04%, respectivamente. O coeficiente de relacionamento médio (AR), taxa de endogamia (ΔF) e tamanho efetivo com base no ΔF foram de 0,63%, 0,02% e 463,56, respectivamente. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The aim of the study was to evaluate inbreeding, reproductive and growth traits of Red-winged Tinamou (Rhynchotus rufescens) in captivity. The genealogical database was composed of 1500 animals registration that borned between 2005 and 2016, in which the population parameters were evaluated by ENDOG v.4.8 and INBUPGF90 softwares. The reproductive and growth traits evaluated were: number of eggs/month (NE30), egg weight (EW), circumference of the egg longitudinal axis (CE), fertility, hatchability, sperm quality, birth weight (BW), weight body and perimeters of chest (CP) and thigh (TP). The preparation of the database and the initial statistic were performed in SAS statistical program. The Gompertz non-linear model was adjusted to 1300 data of weight body, CP and TP by age to explain the animals growth. Eight weight classes for certain ages were analyzed for variance analysis: Weight at 28 (W28), 56 (W56), 84 (W84), 112 (W112), 140 (W140), 168 (W168), 200 days (W200) and above 300 days (W>300). The mean inbreeding coefficient (F) through ENDOG v.4.8 and INBUPGF90 were 0.036% and 0.04%, respectively. The average relatedness coeficient (AR), increase in inbreeding (ΔF), and effective population size (Ne) using ΔF were 0.63%, 0.02% and 463.56, respectively. The generation intervals (GI) when considering progenies that became reproductive and all progenies born was 2.39 and 2.17 years, respectively. The effective number of founders (fe) and ancestors (fa) in the reference population was 100 and 93, respectively, with 214 individuals explaining genetic diversity. The estimated mean for EW and CE were 57.3 ± 5.5 g and 15.8 ± 0.65 cm, respectively 33% of births were presented, with 44% fertility and 76% hatchability.
