Introdução: A Saúde da Mulher constitui-se em uma das áreas estratégicas nacionais para atuação no âmbito da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS), sendo o enfermeiro importante membro da equipe.Dentre outras atribuições, lhe cabe realizar a consulta de enfermagem (CE), que abrange, além de outras etapas, o diagnóstico e intervenções de enfermagem, que podem ser realizados por meio de vários sistemas de classificação, e dentre eles, a Classificação Internacional para a Prática de Enfermagem (CIPE® ). Objetivo: Implantar e adaptar catálogo de Diagnóstico e Intervenção de Enfermagem em Saúde da Mulher, segundo a CIPE® . Método: O campo desta pesquisa foi o município de São Manuel/São Paulo. Na implantação do referido catálogo participaram 10 enfermeiras de unidades de APS e sua coordenadora.Esta se deu em três etapas: diagnóstico situacional; capacitação dos enfermeiros participantes e monitoramento. Para adaptação do catálogo proposto – CIPE Saúde da Mulher Botucatu, desenvolveu-se estudo observacional e transversal, com amostra de conveniência composta por 200 mulheres em idade fértil e na pós-menopausa. Introduction: Women's Health is one of the strategic areas for action in the field of Basic Health Care, which has in the Family Health care model its main organizational strategy. The nurse is an important member of the multidisciplinary team of the Family Health Strategy, being responsible for, among other attributions, the nursing consultation, which includes nursing diagnosis and interventions. These can be performed through several classification systems, among them, the International Classification for Nursing Practice - CIPE®. Objective: To implant and adapt the catalog of Diagnosis and Intervention of Nursing in Women's Health, according to CIPE®. Method: the field of this research was the municipality of São Manuel / São Paulo. In the implementation of this catalog, 10 nurses from primary health care units and their coordinator participated. This was done through training of the participating nurses and periodic monitoring to elucidate doubts and solutions to the difficulties.
