<p>Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att studera vilka faktorer som motiverar fastighetsmäklaren i sitt arbete. Vi vill också undersöka om det finns skillnader mellan städerna Stockholm, Gävle och Tierp vad det gäller motivationsfaktorer och stressnivå.</p> / <p>The purpose with our thesis is to study what different factors that motivate the real estate agents in their work. We also want to look into if there is any difference in cities such as Stockholm, Gävle and Tierp when it comes to the factor of motivation and the level of stress.</p>
