Vilka motivationsfaktorer påverkar elever i år 9 gällande simundervisning?

<p>Syftet med denna undersökning var att ta reda på vilka motivationsfaktorer som påverkar elever i år 9 gällande simundervisning. Undersökningen genomfördes på elever i år 9 genom en enkätundersökning. Enkäterna utformades utifrån The Situational Intrinsic Motivation Scale (SIMS). Resultatet från undersökningen visade att de faktorer som främst motiverade elever i år 9 till att delta i simundervisningen var att eleverna ansåg att simundervisningen var viktig för dem och att simundervisningen var intressant och rolig. De elever som svarade att de inte deltog i simundervisningen avstod från denna på grund av att de inte ville visa upp sin kropp inför andra kamrater eller på grund av andra personliga skäl. Majoriteten av de tillfrågade eleverna hade dock inga problem med att visa upp sin kropp inför andra kamrater. Detta tyder på att läraren i idrott och hälsa hade lyckats med att skapa ett tryggt och behagligt klimat i samband med simundervisningen.</p> / <p>The purpose with this investigation was to figure out which motivation factors that might influence students in 9th grade to participate in swimming during the sport lessons in school. The investigation was carried out on students in 9th grade through a questionnaire investigation. The questionnaire investigation was designed on the basis of The Situational Intrinsic Motivation Scale (SIMS). The result from the investigation showed that the main factors that motivated students to participate in swimming during the sport lessons in school were that the students found that swimming was interesting and fun. The students who answered that they did not participate in swimming during the sport lesson in school reframed the fact of the fear to expose their body in front of their classmates. Personal reasons could also lead to the absence from the swimming lessons. The majority of the students had no problems to expose their bodies in front of their classmates. The result shows that the P.E. had been successful in creating a self-confident and comfortable atmosphere during the swimming lessons.</p>
