<p>Projektets fokus var att anpassa en armatur (från LUXO Sverige AB) till den nya LEDtekniken (Ljusemitterande dioder). Under processens gång utvecklades olika funktioner för att öka armaturens flexibilitet i placering och ljusstyrning.</p><p>Två koncept togs fram, en väggarmatur och en bordsarmatur, båda med teleskopfunktion och flexibelt ställbar arm. Armaturen kan placeras på nattduksbordet och har Luxos stilrena drag där formen följer funktionen med dekorativa detaljer.</p><p>Dessutom finns ovanliga funktioner i belysningssammanhang som exempelvis en USB-kontakt. Resultatet av projektet blev en sängarmatur som har goda utsikter att bli den första Svanenmärkta belysningsarmaturen i Sverige.</p> / <p>The main goal was to develop an armature with the new Light Emitting Diode technique. During the process different solutions for flexibility of placement and light adjustment were created. Two concepts were developed, one with the armature placed on the wall and one placed on the night stand, both with telescopic function and a flexible tube arm.</p><p>The result of this project was an armature intended to be placed on the night stand. This product could be the first in Sweden to be environmental labeled with the Swan label. The armature has the typical shape of Luxos products.
