<p>Landstinget i Östergötland har på sin webbplats, www.lio.se, en underavdelning kallad ”Arbetsplats landstinget”. Här finns information om hur det är att arbeta inom Landstinget samt en sida innehållande alla lediga jobb. Målgruppen denna avdelning riktar sig till är människor som nu eller i framtiden har intresse av att arbeta inom Landstinget. Ungdomar och andra som söker information om olika yrken och arbetsplatser ingår också i den primära målgruppen. </p><p>Har Landstinget i Östergötland nått fram till sin målgrupp? Är webbplatsen användarvänlig? I denna rapport tar vi upp hur man skapar en användarvänlig webbplats sett ur ett kognitivt perspektiv. Vi analyserar de befintliga användarna och webbplatsen samt ger förslag på hur man når fram till målgruppen. Dessutom visas förslag på en helt ny användarvänlig ”Arbetsplats landstinget”. </p> / <p>The county council in Östergötland have on their website www.lio.se a subdivision called The County Council Workplace “Arbetsplats landstinget”. Here there is information about working at the county council and a site with all job openings. The target group this division aims at are people who are now or in the future interested in working for the county council, Young people and others seeking information about different jobs and workplaces are also part of the primary target group. </p><p>Have the county council in Östergötland reached their target group? Is their website user-friendly? In this report we will describe how to create a user- friendly website from a cognitive point of view. We analyze the present users and web pages and also give suggestions on how to reach the target group. Further more we will present suggestions for a brand new and user- friendly “Arbetsplats landstinget”.</p>
