<p> </p><p> </p><p>iii</p><p><strong><p>Abstract</p></strong></p><p>”We are living in a time of project. Everything becomes project. All development, all efficient,</p><p>all changes are running as project”. (Wenell, 2001).</p><p>To succeed with a project it is very important that the communication- and information</p><p>flow is working in the project. In Ericsson´s project model PROPS and Wenell´s project</p><p>model there is a communication plan as a part in the model. This communication plan is</p><p>guidelines how to handle the communication and information in the project, and also who</p><p>are in charge of that the project members stick to the plan.</p><p>The most important factors to succeed with the communications- and information’s flow</p><p>in a project are the communication plan. There are also other factors that are very important</p><p>to think about. Some factors to mention are the individual and the teamwork, the leadership</p><p>and how we understand information. To get a well functioned communication- and</p><p>information flow in the project it is very important to see the over all picture, that all the</p><p>factors have to function.</p><p> </p>
