Du behöver inte resa utomlands, du behöver inte ha vackra kläder. Du behöver inte umgås med främmande människor. Du behöver inte uppleva solnedgången eller folkmyllret på någon basar i ett varmt land. Du behöver inte ha en underbar lägenhet på en attraktiv adress. Du kan bestiga ett berg, eller hur många du vill. Skaffa dig en proper utbildning. Åka helikopter över en vulkan som har utbrott. Jaga ekonomiska fördelar eller vara häftigast på Stureplan en kväll. Men du behöver inte ens resa dig för att uppleva det stora i nuet. Här citerar jag konstnären Ingemar Lööf: “Det stora i livet kommer till den som vågar dröja i nuet”. Att våga vända sig innåt och inte gripa efter det materiella. Att följa din sorgs tankebana och inte fly bort till visuell distraktion. Du, precis som jag, har många svar inom dig. Vi vet mer än vi tror och vi är mer än vi vet. Jag har haft slutenhet som frågeställning eller ledord inför mitt kandidatprojekt. Kan man hjälpa människor i sorg genom att leda dem mot sig själva? / You do not need to travel abroad, you do not need to wear beautiful clothes. You do not need to socialize with strangers. You do not need to experience sunset or the crowds on any bazaar in a hot country. You do not need to have a wonderful apartment on an attractive address. You can climb a mountain, or how many you want. Get yourself a proper education. Ride a helicopter over a volcano. Hunt economic benefits or be the coolest of Stureplan one evening. But you do not even need to rise up from the chair to experience the greatness in life. Here I quote the artist Ingemar Lööf: "The greatness in life come to the one who dare linger in the moment." Daring to turn inwards and not grasp at the material world. Follow your own sorrows of thoughts and not escape to visual distraction. You, just like me got many answers within ourselves. We know more than we think and we are more than we know. Can you help people in grief by leading them toward themselves?
