Syftet med vår studie är att ta reda på hur förskollärare upplever hur de kan bemöta alla barn i förskolan. Vad de framhåller som viktigt att tänka på i deras förhållningssätt samt vilka metoder och strategier de använder för att bemöta alla barn, inklusive de barn som är i behov av extra stöttning. Studien är kvalitativ och vi använde oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex förskollärare, där alla arbetar på olika förskolor. I studiens resultat framgår vilka faktorer som anses vara betydelsefulla för att alla barn i förskolan ska inkluderas i verksamheten. Att vara en närvarande pedagog kring barnen är ett av dem samt att arbetslaget har en samsyn kring barn och förhållningssätt är en annan. Resultatet visar att förskollärarna upplever barn som individer med olika behov och att det är deras ansvar som pedagoger att anpassa verksamheten för att få in alla barn i förskolan. / The aim of our study is to find out how the preschool teachers experience how they can respond to all children in the preschool. What they emphasize as important to consider in their approach, and what methods and strategies they use to respond to all children including the children who are in special need of support. The study is qualitative and was conducted by semi-structured interviews with six preschool teachers, where everyone works in different kindergartens. The results of the study show which factors are considered important for all children in kindergarten and who should be included in the preschool. To be a present educator around the children is one of them and that the team has a common view of children and approach, is another. The results show that preschool teachers perceive children as individuals with different needs and that it is their responsibility to adapt the school to get all children in the preschool.
