Konovalenko är en kommunikationsbyrå, vars verksamhet är baserad i centrala Malmö. Byrån arbetar idag inte systematiskt med kvalitetsarbete eller förbättring av sina processer, men är nyfikna på vilka fördelar de skulle kunna få ut av ett sådant arbete. För att kunna ta reda på hur företaget bäst skulle kunna arbeta med ett systematiskt kvalitetsarbete, har byråns processer och rutiner analyserats.Syftet med rapporten är att ta reda på hur Konovalenko skulle kunna arbeta systematiskt med att säkra sin kvalitet via sina processer och rutiner. Syftet ska uppnås genom att via intervjuer och observationer med medarbetare på byrån granska kommunikationsbyråns nuvarande processer och rutiner samt analysera dessa med stöd av relevant teori. Detta ska göras genom att besvara en frågeställning: På vilket sätt kan kommunikationsbyrån Konovalenko arbeta mer systematiskt med sitt kvalitetsarbete? Slutsatsen av rapporten är att Konovalenko skulle kunna arbeta mer metodiskt med systematiskt kvalitetssäkring, vilket skulle innebära ett mer kontrollerat och effektivt arbetssätt på byrån. / Konovalenko is a communication-firm, with its operation based in central Malmö. The firm does not work systematically with quality-work or improvement of their processes, but are curious of what benefits the company could receive from that kind of work. To find out how the communication-firm would benefit from a systematical quality-work, the firms processes and routines have been analyzed. The reports purpose is to find out how Konovalenko could work more systematically with securing the quality through their processes and routines. This will be achieved through interviews with and observations of co-workers at the firm and reviews of the firms present processes and routines. This information will further on be analyzed with support from relevant theory. This will all be done by answering one question at issue: In what way can the communication-firm Konovalenko work more systematically with their quality-work? The conclusion of the report is that Konovalenko could work more methodical to systematically securing their quality, which would facilitate a more controlled and efficient working-situation for the co-workers at the firm.
