Lärarutbildningen Malmö HögskolaSyftet med det här examensarbetet är att genom den undersökning som ligger till grund för resultaten, försöka förstå de former som det flexibla lärandet har fått i lärarlaget i studien. Syftet är också att lärarlaget ska få ta del av resultaten och använda dessa för att fortsätta att utveckla sitt arbete med flexibelt lärande. Eftersom jag främst är intresserad av att ta reda på vad flexibelt lärande betyder för lärarna i arbetslaget och eleverna så blev studien en kvalitativ studie. Jag har valt att använda mig av både intervjuer och enkäter i studien. Litteraturen i studien belyser främst vad som menas med flexibelt lärande och hur detta arbetssätt påverkar eleverna och lärarna i skolan. Resultaten i undersökningen visar att lärarnas vilja att förändra deras och elevernas situation i skolan var den största drivkraften bakom utvecklingen. Deras kunskap om inlärning och vad som ger motivation hos eleverna gjorde att de såg flexibla arbetssätt som en väg till detta. Resultaten visar också att i flexibla arbetssätt bör det finnas en struktur och man bör använda sig av tidsplanering samt att de problem som lärarna har stött på framförallt är att en lärplattform inte klarade av det flexibla arbetssättet. Resultaten visar också att ämnesintegrering inte har varit så lätt för lärarna att genomföra men att detta egentligen inte är något problem som lägger hinder för dem att arbeta flexibelt. Det anser jag snarare är ett spännande mål för lärarna i arbetslaget att arbeta mot i framtiden. Mina slutsatser är att eleverna uppfattning om flexibelt lärande stämmer överens med lärarnas och att min studie av lärare och elever har visat att de allra flesta av dem är positivt inställda till att arbeta flexibelt. Förslag till fortsatt forskning är hur de elever som nu arbetar flexibelt och elevaktivt i skolorna klarar sig betygsmässigt jämfört med de elever som går i en traditionell skola. School of education, Malmö.The purpose of this paper is to understand the forms that flexible learning has been given by the teachers in the study, throu the investigation. Another purpose is for the teachers to acquaint themselves with the contents of the result from the study and use this to kontinuing developing thier work with flexible learning. Because of may main interest of finding out what flexible learning means to the teachers and the pupils in the study it became an qualitative paper. I have chosen to use both interviewes and inquires.The litterature illuminates foremost what we mean by flexible learning and how it affects the pupils and the teachers in school in generally. The results of theinvestigation shows that the teachers will to change thier own and the pupils situation in school was the main force behind the development. Teir knowledge of learning and how to motivate the pupils made them see that flexible learning was a way to get theese things. The results also shows that in a flexaible way of working ther should be a structur and one should use timeplaning and also that the main problem the teachers have bumpt into is that an learnplatform that could not handle the teachers way of working.The results also show that subject integration has not been easy for the teachers to carry through but that this is not a problem for the teachers to work flexible. I am of the opinion that subjectintegration rather is an exiting goal for the teachers to work against in the future. My conclusions is that the pupils oppinion of flexible learning agree with the teachers and that my study of teachers and pupils has shown that most of them has an positive attitude to working flexible.
