Taneční interpret - způsoby a odlišnosti formování profesionálního tanečního interpreta na pražských tanečních konzervatořích založených po roce 1989 / Dance artist. The ways and the differences of forming a professional dance artist at the dance conservatories in Prague founded after the year 1989.

This diploma thesis is focused on three dance conservatories located in the heart of Czech Republic´s capital city Prague, founded after the year 1989. The three dance conservatories of focus are the Duncan Centre Conservatory, Dance Center Prague and Dance Conservatory of Ivo Váňa - Psota in Prague. All of these conservatories provide both full secondary education, and higher secondary education in dance; however, what makes them different is their unique teaching technique. The means by which they teach, how they apply different ways, forms and styles to shape the incoming professional czech dancer, are precisely the main points covered in this research. The thesis also contains the chacteristics, history, education programme and examples of the most important dance artists in the history of these conservatories. In conclusion, are summarized samples of anonymous questionnaries for students and graduates of these schools.
