[pt] O objetivo desta Dissertação é compreender o processo de
implantação da
PNAS/SUAS, no municÃpio de Belford Roxo, analisando a
construção da rede
socioassistencial local a partir dos Centros de Referência
da Assistência Social
(CRAS). Esta análise foi articulada em torno das categorias
matricialidade
sociofamiliar e a território enquanto eixos constitutivos
da PolÃtica Nacional de
Assistência Social. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório que
desenvolve uma
análise de um processo recente de implementação de uma
polÃtica que se constitui
por intermédio de uma articulação contÃnua entre o nacional
e o local. / [en] The goal of this dissertation is to understand the process
of deployment of
the PNAS / SUAS, in the municipality of Belford Roxo,
trying to analyze the
construction of the network socioassistencial place from
the Centres of Reference
of Social Welfare (CRAS). This analysis was articulated
around the categories
matricialidade sociofamiliar and territory as nodes
constituting the National Policy
on Social Assistance. This is an exploratory study that
develops an analysis of a
recent process of implementing a policy which is through a
continuous
coordination between the national and local levels.
