[pt] Esta tese tem como tema central para a realização de suas análises a territorialização dos investimentos chineses durante o processo de reestruturação econômica do território fluminense. A fim de alcançar os objetivos e os questionamentos que orientaram o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, a sua condução foi realizada a partir da metodologia quali-quantitativa. A adoção de procedimentos metodológicos mistos permitiu evidenciar o processo de abertura econômica da República Popular da China aos investimentos externos diretos e analisar a trajetória do país asiático à condição de investidor internacional, bem como considerar a geografia dos investimentos externos diretos chineses e a inserção do Brasil enquanto país receptor dos investimentos chineses. Ademais, foi possível apresentar a abertura econômica do território brasileiro ao influxo de investimentos externos diretos e evidenciar que as relações econômicas sino-brasileiras não foram marcadas somente pela ampliação do intercâmbio comercial, mas assistiram à passagem para uma nova fase dado influxo de investimentos chineses no território brasileiro no curso das primeiras décadas do século XXI. À medida que a pesquisa alcança o recorte espacial conformado pelo estado do Rio de Janeiro, suas análises evidenciam tanto o processo de reestruturação econômica do território fluminense, quanto os desdobramentos das relações econômicas sino-brasileiras no curso desse processo, de modo que a principal contribuição da pesquisa em tela ascende quando suas análises se voltam à compreensão da territorialização dos investimentos chineses no processo de reestruturação econômica do território fluminense durante o recorte temporal compreendido entre os anos 2010 e 2018. / [en] This thesis has as its main theme, for carrying out its analyzes, the territorialization of chinese investments during the process of economic restructuring of the fluminense territory. In order to achieve the goals and questions that guide the development of this research, its conduct was carried out using the qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The use of mixed methodological procedures made it possible to highlight the process of economic opening of the China Popular Republic to foreign direct investments and to analyze the trajectory of the Asian country to the condition of an international investor, as well as to consider the geography of Chinese foreign direct investments and the insertion of Brazil as a receiver of Chinese investments. In addition, it was possible to present the economic opening of Brazilian territory to the influx of foreign direct investments and to show that Sino-Brazilian economic relations were not marked by the expansion of the trade alone, but they also witnessed the transition to a new phase due to the influx of Chinese investments in Brazilian territory during the first decades of the 21st century. As the research reaches the spatial profile shaped by the State of Rio de Janeiro, its analyzes show both the process of economic restructuring of the fluminense territory, as the unfolding of Sino-Brazilian economic relations during this process, in a way that the main contribution of this research rises when its analyzes focus on the understanding of the territorialization of Chinese investments in the economic restructuring process of the fluminense territory between 2010 and 2018.
