O impacto dos vínculos parentais nos relacionamentos interpessoais no ambiente de trabalho

To evaluate the relationship with the leadership and colleagues, we used to Siqueira Work Satisfaction Scale, and the perception of parental bonds was assessed by Parental Bonding Instrument. The instruments were self-applied and the data was collected between April and June 2014, a sample of 844 professionals. No relationship was found between having received more affection or control in childhood and satisfaction with leadership, however, it was found that employees who have had a good relationship with father and mother were 2.1 (CI: 95% 1.2; 3, 9) times more satisfied with their bosses compared with those who had a better relationship with their father only. Regarding satisfaction with colleagues, remained associated better parental relationship (p = 0.046), having received parental care (p = 0.025) and missed parental control (p = 0.05). The results of this study suggest that the way we relate in childhood carry throughout our life, repeating internalized models, including in the workplace. / O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os funcionários do Hospital Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Pelotas, buscando verificar se há associação entre percepções de vínculos parentais e satisfação com a chefia e com os colegas no ambiente de trabalho através de um estudo transversal. Para avaliar o relacionamento com a chefia e com os colegas, foi utilizado a Escala de Satisfação de Trabalho de Siqueira, e a percepção dos vínculos parentais foi avaliada através do questionário Parental Bonding Instrument. Os questionários foram auto aplicados e a coleta de dados ocorreu no período entre abril e junho de 2014, numa amostra de 844 profissionais. Não foi encontrada relação entre ter recebido mais afeto ou controle na infância e satisfação com a chefia, porém, foi verificado que os funcionários que tiveram uma boa relação com pai e mãe estavam 2,1 (IC:95% 1,2; 3,9) vezes mais satisfeitos com seus chefes comparados com aqueles que tiveram melhor relação somente com o pai. Em relação à satisfação com os colegas de trabalho, permaneceram associadas as variáveis com quem teve melhor relação parental (p= 0,046), ter recebido cuidado paterno (p= 0,025) e não ter percebido controle paterno (p=0,05). Os resultados deste estudo sugerem que a forma como nos relacionamos na infância carregamos ao longo da nossa vida, repetindo modelos internalizados, inclusive no ambiente de trabalho.
