Diploma thesis is focused on optimization cost model for innovative product in production plant in Brno, in business AŽD Praha s. r. o. Based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the current costing model of the original product version and the innovated version of the product, the design part will be optimized the cost calculation model for the innovative product and it will be proposed controlling concept of cost calculation. Described proposal for optimizing the cost calculation model leads to an overall improvement of the cost management system in AŽD Praha s. r. o.

The diploma thesis focuses on reconstruction of the supermarket in city called Lelekovice. There are two different options of reconstruction. First option includes saving the old building and then do reconstruction and extension. For this case is made itemized budget according to project documentation. Second option is based on building totally new object including demolition the old one. Price of this option is based on itemized budget and budget indicator. In the end these two options are compared and evaluated.

This thesis is a minor part of the overall project on the establishment of a general methodology of calculation of the cost of rescuing a lorry. It deals with legislation related to goods vehicle extrication, analysis of costs and costs as a result of exhausts for selected special equipment after an accident. The work is a guide for experts from the Institute of forensic engineering, on the basis of who can more easily establish a procedure and the unit price recovery work after the accident. Then speeds up determining the prices for example during the court proceedings and the payment of the profits of a business.

This thesis deals with analysing component manufacture of valve lines. Firstly evaluating current condition of production including determinated manufacture times and costs. Secondly carrying out inmprovement proposals for manufacture and optimalisation of cutting conditions while considering the minimal costs given for operation sections. The master's thesis deals with the proposal of more effective production of a part. The theoretical part describes the technology of milling and drilling and the practical part focuses on the analysis of the current part production technology and the consumption of the machining time as assessment of the current machining process efficiency. The next part contains characteristics of the innovative technology, used tools and fixtures. In the conclusion both variants of production, the comparison of consumed machine time and production costs are evaluated.

In this thesis is written a brief history of electric cars up to the present. Hybrid vehicles are described and particular attention is given to the description of electric vehicles. A method for accumulating electrical energy by electrochemical accumulators is provided. Finally, there are operation costs of electric cars.

The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis and evaluation of environmental certifications influence on rental rates and operating costs of administrative buildings. The analysis is conducted for administrative buildings because these are the most frequently certified buildings in the Czech Republic. To fulfil this defined goal, two office space offer price databases in Prague and Brno are compiled. The first database is consists of office space offer rentals which possess environmental certification. The second database is also compiled of building offer rentals but without environmental certification. Based on these two databases the effect of environmental certification on rental rates using paired t-test is examined. Simultaneously, effective operating costs of buildings located in Brno are analysed, and it is evaluated whether and if so, at what intensity their amount is affected by environmental certifications.

The diploma thesis deals with optimization of material flows in the company Pamet spol. s r. o. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the company business, its production program, customers, suppliers and competitors. The second part is theoretical, it contains an explanation of theoretical concepts that are taken into account wile writing this thesis. The third part analyzes the purchase, supplier evaluation and storing in the company. The final part brings suggestions how to solve the problems identified in the analytical part.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of identification and measurement of quality costs in Adient Czech Republic k. s. company. The theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics are defined in the theoretical part. These theoretical findings are applied into environment of a chosen company and evaluated in the practical part. The recommendations which will reduce costs in the area of product quality and contribute to greater efficiency of company quality management are suggested in the conclusion of the thesis.

The purpose of the thesis is to describe controlling and its function in a real company. Focus is specifically on the cost of imbalances and the analysis of their origin. The theoretical part serves as a basis for understanding the real processes in a company, followed by their evaluation and proposals for improvements in the scope of cost management.
