Влияние экологической модернизации на экономические результаты деятельности компаний является важным фактором, от которого зависит итоговоый денежный поток в компании. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие теоретических, организационно-методических положений для исследования влияния экологической модернизации на финансово-экономические показатели деятельности предприятий. В работе рассматриваются подходы к определению экологической модернизации и ее влияния на деятельность предприятий. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовая отчетность организаций в открытом доступе. В работе разработан методический подход к определению уровня зрелости программы экологической модернизации на предприятии, который учитывает масштабы и финансово-экономическую результативность практической реализации концепции экологической устойчивости и ответственности в компании. / The impact of environmental modernization on the economic performance of companies is an important factor on which the final cash flow in the company depends. The purpose of the master's thesis is the development of theoretical, organizational and methodological provisions for the study of the impact of environmental modernization on the financial and economic performance of enterprises. The paper discusses approaches to the definition of environmental modernization and its impact on the activities of enterprises. The sources used were scientific research and methodological literature, regulations and financial statements of organizations in the public domain. The paper developed a methodological approach to determining the level of maturity of the environmental modernization program at the enterprise, which takes into account the scale and financial and economic performance of the practical implementation of the concept of environmental sustainability and responsibility in the company.

The goal of the thesis was to analyse the fishing pressure, number of visits and number of catches in sport fisheries managed by Czech Angling Union (CAU). The selected data, mainly concerning the sport fisheries managed by South Bohemian Board of CAU, were graphically presented. At the trophy fishery Vltava 24, daily data were evaluated and the behaviour of fishermen was compared during the first two years of the new management (2010 and 2011). The second part of the thesis is aimed at the analysis of the united system of fishing management within the whole CAU and suggests a new system of financial flow. CAU is composed by 7 regional boards; however, it is possible to buy united fishing permit valid in all the fisheries of CAU. The financial budget coming from these permits is redistributed only according to the weight of killed and recorded fish. This system is advantageous mainly for regional boards with a big amount of fishermen and high fishing pressure at their fisheries; it is less advantageous for regional boards managing large areas. Within the thesis, a new model for redistribution of the financial budget was created. Except for the weight of killed fish, it includes other expenses connected with the management (fishing guards, lease of fishing waters, etc.) and the number of fishing visits. The model was provided to CAU for future negotiation.

Logistics is a discipline that deals with material flow and related information and financial flow, namely from a raw materials supplier via a producer and other intermediators to an end user. And all this with the goal to maximally satisfy customer needs for reasonable costs within the whole chain. Supply chain management is one of the strategies of the modern management that deals with the optimization of all activities and systems in order to secure the whole corporate chain. The company Masna Příbram uses an integrated information system that provides each segment of the supply chain with information on a daily basis. As the chain is managed by one owner, it is possible to plan and realize the production in accordance with the real demand of the segments along the chain flow. The result is that no goods are stored and if they are then only in minimum quantity.

[pt] No novo modelo de livre concorrência do Setor Elétrico Nacional,o Mercado Atacadista de Energia (MAE) foi criado para ser o ambiente onde se processam as compras e vendas de energia de curto prazo. Logo, os agentes que possuem excedentes de energia, provenientes de excesso de geração ou de sobra de contrato, poderão vendê-los no MAE. A situação inversa também pode ocorrer, ou seja, o agente que necessitar de energia para cobrir um deficit de energia ou honrar contratos também poderá comprar energia no MAE. Em cada instante de tempo, os montantes de energia que cada agente poderá comercializar no MAE, assim como o preço de liquidação, não podem ser previstos com exatidão, pois dependem, por exemplo, das condições hidrológicas futuras. Isto acarreta incertezas com relação ao fluxo de caixa futuro dos agentes.No presente trabalho é apresentado um modelo de simulador estocástico capaz de fornecer estimativas futuras do fluxo financeiro de um agente no MAE, considerando-se em detalhe as regras vigentes, analisando- se diversos cenários hidrológicos. / [en] In the new trading model for the Brazilian electricity sector, the Wholesale Energy Market -Mercado Atacadista de Energia - MAE- is the place where all buyers and sellers of electricity can trade and in which the spot price of energy will be determined. In this market the agents can sell the excess of generation or the positive net energy of bilateral contracts. However, lack of generation or negative net energy of bilateral contracts will be exposured to spot market price.The market price and the energy amount that each agent can trade at MAE depends on many factors, such as future hydrological conditions, for example.This fact causes financial flow uncertainties to all market agents. Then, this dissertation shows a model to make the market accounts using the MAE rules and future estimation of generations and consumptions energies. The results of this model could help the agents to forecast the payments and receipts at MAE.
