Master´s thesis concerns about financing of business activities of the selected company. Master´s thesis is divided into 3 main parts, theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part focuses on financial analysis and available methods of financing business acitivites and analytical part contains theoretical knowledge applied to the selected company. The last part of the master´s thesis, proposal part contains solution increasing financial stability and leading to desirable development of business activities of the selected company.

The goal of this thesis is to assess the options of further developement for the company D.I.S., spol. s r.o.. It analyses the effectiveness of the company using financial analysis and other instruments, furthermore it analyses the situation in the building industry. Based on the analyses there are recommandations for further developement.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situacion of the company ABC s.r.o. from 2013 up 2015. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part is mentioned the theoretical knowledge from the prefessional literature. According them there are processed the financial analysis of the company. The company is introduced in the second part and there is worked up the financial and strategic analysis. In the last part there are suggested the measure on the basic of resuls that should lead to the improvement of the existing financial situation and long-term stability of this company.

The first section is dedicated to theoretical knowledge, which is later utilized for assessing the economic situation of the corporation via application of strategic analysis and financial analysis methods. The last section contains proposed measures based on analyses results that would lead to improvement of the the current economical situation.

The analysis of current state is performed with the aid of economic analysis, which utilizes analytical methods to explore the internal and external environment of this company and also its financial situation. The thesis contains proposals and recommendations leading to an improvement of the identified state.

The diploma thesis is focused on the financial and business performance of the company using benchmarking. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with selected approaches and methods that are suitable for evaluating the performance of the selected company. The basis for evaluating the work is the part containing the analyzed company and its current state of the situation in comparison with selected competing companies. The main part of the work is devoted to benchmarking based on publicly available data from financial statements. Data from the Amadeus database and the public register of companies are used for this purpose. Out of a total of 4 competitors, 2 competing companies are selected on the basis of direct competition (in the region). The conclusion summarizes the main findings of the analysis but also contains recommendations to improve the financial performance of the company.

This master’s thesis assess the financial health of the company ORTIKA a.s. in the period of 2002 to 2006 on the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. It includes proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should result in the improvement of financial situation of the company in future years.

The thesis focuses on a complete evaluation of the financial situation of a selected company. It is especially an application of the most popular methods used by financial analysis. The so-called elementary methods which are primarily ratio, differential and total indicators play a key role there. First part of the work is devoted to theoretical foundations, on which the financial situation leans; the second part is focused on a practical use of theoretical knowledge. In the conclusion of this work I am pointing out both positive and especially negative aspects of the financial management of the company, which the company should avoid in next years.

Master’s thesis deals with analysis of financial situation in company Autel – montáže. The thesis is focused on determination of strengths and weaknesses. Financial analysis is implemented on the basis of financial statements for the years 2004 – 2008. The master’s thesis includes proposals which lead to improvement of financial situation in company Autel – montáže.

Master's thesis discusses possibilities of financing municipality projects mainly through EU structural funds. Goal is to find possibilities of obtaining financial means for investment projects in municipality Zašová, concentrated on project "Build of new civil center". Final proposal should follow previous analyses and theoretical knowledge of possibilities of municipality projects financing.
