Master’s thesis evaluates financial situation of the company Smile, s. r. o. for the period of years 2005 and 2007 by selected indicators of financial analysis. It deals with determination of strengths and weaknesses, implementation financial analysis and analyzing ascertained problems. In the end of thesis includes proposals, which lead to improvement of financial situation in company Smile.

This diploma thesis deals with the valuation of financial situation of the company Symbol Technologies. It focus on calculation of financial indicators, systems of indicators and evaluation of strategic analysis. On this basis are formulated proposals, which it should focus on improving the economic situation of company.

This master´s thesis deals with the financial situation of SUDOP BRNO, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part explains the time series, regression analysis and financial analysis. The practical part is focused on development of economic indicators and predicts its trend for future. Also, the competitive status is evaluated. In the final part there are suggestions for improvement of company situation.

The first part of my work deals with brief basic charakterization of the company, the second part contains the theoretical resources. This theoretical resources are used for practical analysis in the third part. In the last part there are presented proposals for economy improvement of this company.

The values of indicators will be arranged in time series and, by using a regressive analysis, the trend and development will be estimated. The thesis also includes proposals of solutions for identified problems which should result in improvement of the financial situation of the company in the following years.
