The main purpose of this master's thesis is to devise the business plan for establishing of Equestrian club where will be possibility to use the services of housing horses, tutorials of horse riding and in the future to extend services on hippotherapy and summer camps for children. Based on facts I have undergone appropriate analysis, there is compiled business plan setting out the implementation of this purpose.

Title: Business plan - fitness centre Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to develop a business plan of the newly emerging CrossFit Gym in downtown of Mladá Boleslav and to verify the feasibility of the project. Methods: First part includes theoretic basis needed for understanding this issue. There are important terms, structure and principles explained in this part. In the second part methods of financial analysis and scoring model for analysing competition are used. Results: Business plan for establishing a first CrossFit gym i Mladá Boleslav showed that the gym has potential to succeed and prosper in the market. All analysis results are displayed using tables. In comparsion with competitors it offers new, trendy product. Price is higher than the competitors, but comparable to other CrossFit gyms in the Czech Republic. It offers to customers less space highly adapted and equipped for thy type of training. Keywords:

Magister Commercii (Information Management) - MCom(IM) / This thesis examines what a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) should comprise off, as well as the difference between a BCP and a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and the key elements of an effective BCP as well as the different types of disasters. It also investigates why companies that have BCP in place and conducts testing of their plan on a regular basis, either quarterly or bi-annually, still experience prolonged downtime during a disaster resulting in Service Level Agreements (SLA) not being met or major financial loses. It also inspects acceptable processes within a BCP to determine whether there are ways of improving these processes to prevent companies from experiencing prolonged downtime. The objective of this research is to determine and understand: Why organisations within the Western Cape experience prolonged downtimes during a disaster event. The potential deficiencies in a BCP and how they can be amended. A case study of four companies based in the Western Cape was conducted. These companies were chosen because each of them has a BCP in place and each have experienced prolonged downtime during a disaster. Qualitative interviews with the aid of an open-ended questionnaire were used to interview the BCP or Risk Manager of each company. The data was analysed to determine what the causes of their prolonged downtime were during a disaster. In the analysis and findings process each company is presented as a separate case study. The intension with this research study is to add an additional concept to the Common BCP Process that was identified within this study and that formed the basis for the Conceptual Framework, thereby reducing the downtime during a disaster for the companies that formed part of the research.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan for an already existing social cashback web portal and to verify its viability. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines basic terms such as business and entrepreneurship, business plan and its components. In the practical part, you will find a concrete description of the business opportunity and analysis of the factors influencing its future development, including financial plan. Based on the results and the business plan, it is not recommended to continue the project due to the negative results of financial indicators and various methods of investment evaluation (net present value, internal rate of return).

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan of the new sauna center in Prague. The purpose of the work is to compile individual parts of the business plan in order to provide sufficient information about the feasibility of the project. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Practical part contains a proposed business plan for building a new sauna center in Prague. An integral part of the work is also a financial plan that serves as information for potential investors, whether this plan is feasible. Provided sensitivity analysis defines the extreme values, when the project is still effective and it is worth to realize it.

El presente trabajo presenta el diseño, elaboración y creación de una idea de negocio de taller de mecánica automotriz denominado Tiki Cars. En el primer capítulo, que engloba los aspectos generales del negocio, se desarrolla el marco teórico, problemática del sector automotriz, las necesidades, se presenta la idea, la oportunidad y justificación de la propuesta. En el capítulo 2 se perfila la idea de negocio, se presentan las hipótesis, el diseño de la muestra, las encuestas y el Canvas del modelo de negocio. En el capítulo 3 como parte del planeamiento estratégico se presenta la misión, visión y valores de la empresa, análisis interno y externo y análisis FODA. En el capítulo 4 se desarrollan el plan de marketing describiendo el mercado objetivo, desarrollo de la estrategia marketing mix, plan de ventas y proyección de la demanda. En el capítulo 5 se presenta el plan de operaciones en donde se destacan las principales políticas operacionales, actividades y procesos del negocio. En el capítulo 6 se explica toda la estructura de recursos humanos, así como los objetivos organizacionales y gestión del talento. Por último, en el capítulo 7 se despliega todo el plan económico financiero del negocio demostrando los resultados de los principales indicadores de rentabilidad: valor actual neto (VAN), tasa interna de retorno (TIR) e índice de rentabilidad (IR); los cuales son también incorporados en el análisis de escenarios. Finalmente, en las conclusiones se validan las hipótesis con los resultados de las encuestas realizadas y se analiza la viabilidad financiera del proyecto. / Trabajo de investigación

The aim of the thesis is to outline new thinking or trend for a new enterprise, based on the purchase of already operating another business. This thesis topic is mainly for supporting generation change Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic.

The aim of this thesis is to create optimal strategy of developement of municipality Lety which is located in suburban area of Prague given suburbanization processes. This paper is focused on economic, social and environmental consequences. The theoretical part is focused on main parameters of suburbanization, its developement in the world and in the Czech Republic, further on types of suburbanization, measurement, causes and consequences. The practical part is focused on a municipality Lety which must face suburbanization processes since 90s. This situation is compared with neighboring municipalities Řevnice, Dobřichovice and Černošice. Based on the findings is created optimal plan of future develepoment municipality Lety which is consistent with its strategical and spatial plan. The methods that has been used on this topic were literature review, data analysis, comparison and observation. To process the data, official statistics were also used.

Master's thesis handles business plan establishing private nursery school Lipka. The first part deals with the legislative requirements for the operation of nursery schools and describes the existing school with the same educational concept. The second part includes a description of the company, market analysis, a description of the implementation, financing plan, SWOT analysis and risk analysis.
